Parker was wandering around the grounds. He found it enjoyable and had been doing it more and more as of recently. He would clear his mind as he walked, practicing a bit of the meditation he was learning in divination, and he found himself near the forest. The one they were supposed to keep clear of. Parker looked at the forest looming before him.

He figured he would walk along the edge of it for a while, liking this new path he's not taken before. He was looking between the forest to the side of him and down at the ground, keeping his eyes on the look out. He was both worried about being attacked and also concentrated on finding things for his new collection of curious stones or plants.

He passed by a couple of light blue flowers and kneeled down to them, looking at them curiously. He smiled, liking the colour. He was plucking one so that he cold take it back to the castle and press it in of of his books so that he could keep it or give it to a certain someone he had in mind the moment he saw it.

Still knelt down, Parker's head shot up, looking over to the flowing, powerful voice coming from the forest that had moved suddenly right next to him. It startled him terribly, and he felt back, his arm proping himself up so he didn't fall onto his back. He was trying to be careful not to squish the flower he had and his other hand was held out in front of himself.

He took a sharp breath in when he got startled and let it out. "Wha- who are you??"

Corina was walking along the outskirts of the forest, relaxing. She didn't often relax but she took this time to. Looking around Corina smiled to herself. She noticed many blue flowers and knelt besides them, smiling more. "Beautiful" she mumbled.

Corina looked up and noticed some people here. She sighed and stood up. "Hello"

"Me," Iris chuckled, "I'm Iris Flos, and a siren." She looked at the child relizeing she had scared him, "I'm sorry if I frightened you. I did not mean to." Bored she desided to sing, her faveroite song, though her faveroite song was a hundred years old.

Parker stared at the woman that called herself a Siren. That word sounded familiar but the meaning of it escaped him...

As she started to sing out of nowhere, Parker glanced around, noticing a girl, from slytherin whom he'd never met walk over. Probably drawn in from the sound of the otheer woman's voice. He looked at her saying." H-hello" back to her before looking back at the strange woman, starting to feel like he was calming down more then before.

Nodding to the slytherin boy Corina listened to the woman, Iris's, song. "Hello" she leaned against a tree close by and smiled softy. "How are you? Actually who are you?" She was curious but she didn't mind asking. Smiling again she leaned down and picked some of the blue flowers.

"Me?" Iris asked, well sang, "No one interesting, just a travler." Iris smiled at the girl, wondering how her song was affecting her, looking back at the boy, he was calming down. Good he has a pure heart. she thought.

Parker looked between the two, only slightly unsure still of the woman that came from the forest. A traveler? Where did that forest even lead to then? Probably far off mountains and endless stretches of land. Even then she didn't seem the traveler sort.

He looked over at the Slytherin girl, seeing she was picking the flowers. He sat up, crossing his legs, looking at the one flower he had picked. He didn't see need to pick too many. He figured if he did there'd be no more that would grow.

Iris scowled at the young girl, she was picking so many flowers, they might not grow back. To calm herself she desided to dance around as well as sing.

Alianna had noticed since Jaycie was in school she found herself wandering close to the school she loved the forest it was always full of life and she loved that. Usually it did not have students but as she was walking she noticed not only a student, but alas another Siren.

Walking up to the group she said a shy hello.

Parker looked up at the other woman who had walked up,, coming from the forest. He glanced around nervously, wondering if he should try to get away from here while he still had the chance. He knew the forest was forbidden to the students, but he'd coming snooping around anyways...this was probably a really bad idea. Or he was just being paranoid. He wasn't quite sure.

He gave a slight, polite nod of acknowledgement to the woman. He looked back to the flower in his hand.

"Oh my child what are you doing to the lovely flowers." Alianna smiled

Seeing as she just came in, she had no idea what was going on.

"I am Alianna Renour" she said with a smile

Parker sort of stared at the first woman, he didn't quite remember what i siren was and was still trying to remember. When she said not to worry and that they weren't there to harm him, he froze. Wait...they weren't mind readers were they?? It didn't sound quite right, but he still worried. The idea of someone being able to read his mind started to freak him out a little, his cheek getting a bit red from embarrassment and looked back down at his hands with the flower.

When the new woman, Alianna, had started to talk to him, he kept his eyes down. "U-uhm...I wanted to give it to my friend..." He glanced up at her, then at the other woman, unsure about telling these strange women his name, but doing it anyways. "Parker...my name's Parker..."

Ali smiled at Parker when he said they were for a lady.

"Flowers are nice for ladies." Alianna smiled and got down on her knees so be close to the young man.

"Would you like some help, I can make some very pretty arrangements?" the one thing that Alianna has learned is the flowers always grow back.

Alianna was a little shock at the young woman question.

"Does it really matter my dear how old I am?"

"Yeah, I don't know if she liked flowers, but I thought she'd like this one." He smiled a bit at Alianna, still a bit nervous when she knelt down beside him.

He shook his head a bit at her offer for an arrangement of flowers. "Oh-oh no, that would be a bit over the top I think. I wouldn't want her to get the wrong idea or anything. Thanks though."

He looked between the women then at the other slytherin girl when Iris did. He had a feeling she was just as cautious as he was, but he couldn't be sure.

Alianna could see he was trying to make it special from just from his heart.

"When you make things on your own, it shows that they come from the heart, and I believe that you will do a wonderful job on your own." Alianna smiled at the children

"Did you know that my daughter attends at Hogwarts with you?"

Parker tilted his head a bit, looking at the blue flower. "Hmm, sure, my heart..." It sounded a little like a question. But Parker had honestly thought it was just a simple flower that she may like because it was pretty. Nothing else had really crossed his mind.

"Your...daughter?" Parker still looked confused. He looked back at the forest, where this woman had appeared from. He didn't want to be so rude to ask what she was, or why she was in the forbidden forest of all places.

Alianna decided to sit down with the children and make head coverings out of the flowers. Working on weeding the flowers she decided to talk to the young man right there.

"Well my daughter is young Jaycie Simple, shes a hufflepuff. Do you know her?" Ali smiled at the young man

"Feel free to ask me anything you would like, my dear child."

Parker shook his head a bit, watching as she started to weave the flowers together. "No, the name doesn't sound familiar..." Admittedly he only knew one Hufflepuff girl that he was even friends with.

Even with her invitation, Parker wasn't so sure. He glanced between her and the forest again, hoping no other strange people would come walking though.

Jaycie could hear siren song. She raced down the grand staircase and stood in the doorway to the hall, listening. It had stopped, but it had been coming from down by the forest. Mum?

She sprinted down the hill, almost stumbling three or four times before her dark haired mother came into view, surrounded by a few other people. She squealed; it seemed like an age since the holidays. "MUMMY!" Jaycie was running so fast she couldn't stop and tumbled into Alianna, flipping over her before wrapping her arms around her in a great big bear hug.

Parker startled, for about the dozenth time that day, pushing himself a few feet back as a girl came running up and tackled the woman to the the ground.

He figured it may be time for him to go before his flower got crushed. He stumbled up, standing and brushing the dirt off his trousers. Maybe if he tried to sneak away he could get out of here unscathed.
