Lesson Three - Second Years

[Doctor Florence Nettle]

The Doctor sat down in the underground classroom with a small yawn, having been up until the small hours of the morning. Vikki had invited him for a tea party and, to be honest, he actually found the tea-parties really fun.

Lucian walked into the classroom with his usual swagger, he had gotten a lot more confident now that he had gotten what he needed to off his chest and he was with the lady that he had been thinking about for a long while.

Waving jauntily to the Professor who seemed to be a little tired much like all of the staff at Durmstrang today, Lucian grinned and gave his customary:

"Yo."

The Doctor noticed Lucian's swagger when he walked into the classroom and merely raised an eyebrow at it. If he was honest he probably knew what it was from, or knew enough to guess, but he didn't like to think like that. Students liked their lives private. Hearing his student approaching he raised a hand,

"Yo." he replied in kind before rolling his neck muscles to loosen them, "Alright... time to start I guess. Today I'm going to teach you how to seal fire. Sound good or do you want something else?"

Lucian smirked lightly at the idea of sealing fire, although Runes was a slow art and it probably couldn't be done fast enough to use in battle, unless he was able to carve it onto a stave and have the effects of the rune activate from there.

Snapping out of his thoughts he nodded his head:

"Yes I think I'd like to know how to do that, it sounds like its going to be useful, can you carve it onto a stave or something? How would you use it in a battle?"
