First years - Third lesson

Sofia took her spot on the floor as usual and began her deep breathing exercises while she waited for the rest of the students to arrive.

She had been thinking about what they needed to learn this week and she hadn't decided yet. She usually with this class things the class should decide that. Its a beautiful day outside and lots of things to learn.

Sofia sat on her mat and waited for the class to arrive.

Anne walked into class, she smiled slightly her affection for this woman had grown when she had saved her from the shack. She sat down and looked around the room wondering what they were doing this class.

Tessa was lead into the classroom. She then found a desk and waited for class.

Sofia noticed that two of her favorite students for divination were in the room. Looking between the two of them she wondered what they would like to talk about.

"Is there anything the two of you would like to ask questions about divination. Like how does one deal with the amount of visions that they receive, or how to process them?"

Anne raised her hand she was very curios about everything.

"Does stress and trauma affect visions?" she asked She wanted to know if her visions were affected by the events of that day.

Sofia had asked that question more for Anne than Tess because she was trying to get the girl to open up to her so she could help her. Being a seer at a young age is very hard and a person has trouble dealing with things all on their own.

"Of course dear, everything that we are is all tied in with our emotions. Thats why I always say start the day out with mediation to help clear away the mind. That is why it is very important to analyze your visions."

Sofia knew this all too well, this is why she worked hard to be able to focus on her visions and keep track of them.

Tessa smiled as she sat back and listened. Divination was her favorite class that she was taking. She wanted to learn more about it, and was sure that in the next years . She would get more information.

Sofia looked at the time and noticed it had run out.

"I have an idea, why don't the two of you work together before the next lesson and come up with reason as to why emotions and stress can effect a persons visions." Sofia smiled softly to them.

"Run along you too, if you have any questions feel free to come to my office."
