Second Years- Third Lesson Empty Re: Second Years- Third Lesson

Agatha walked in eating some Honeyduke's chocolate. She quickly decided that Chocolate what the answer to the world's problems. People just needed some love and loads of chocolate. Why would you fight when you could have some chocolate??

She took a seat on the front row and waited for her lesson to begin.

Second Years- Third Lesson Empty Re: Second Years- Third Lesson

Parker walked in, raising his hand up to his mouth to stifle a yawn. He was feeling tired and knew history was the worst place to get tired. Especially with what happened last class. As he took his seat, he gave a polite, embarrassed smile to the teacher then looked over at the hufflepuff girl as he set his bag on the table.

He'd not talked to her yet, and felt that he should, since she was in a few of his classes. Though he was open with the friends he'd managed to make, talking to knew people was still a frontier he didn't like to face.
He cleared his throat a bit, asking her, "Erm, hey, that from Honeyduke's?" He bit the inside of his cheek at his stupid question. Of course it was, what kind of lousy introduction was that, he thought.

Victoria walked into class, sad to see that there weren't more students. Oh well! She shrugged her shoulders and took a seat.

She was surprised to see Agatha. She didn't really know her, couldn't even recall a conversation ever being had. Victoria figured Parker had the right idea. Maybe she'd do the same sometime, introduce herself. But for now, it was class time!

"Yeah, want some?" She offered him some chocolate, she had lodes of it after her shopping spree in which she managed to spend almost all he money on chocolate. But what else would she need from Hogmeade?

She recognized the Griffindor girl from being in her Divination class. "I wonder what we're learning today..." She didn't talk much but figured that if she wanted to survive Hogwarts she would need some friends even if they were from different houses.

"How's your day so far?" she asked. It was silly but she was never the social butterfly.

Parker raised his eyebrows a bit when she offered him a piece. He gave a small smile. "Oh, well...maybe one? I'm not a big one fr chocolate." He took a piece, popping it into his mouth, smiling a bit. "Mm, this is really good."

He sighed, hoping whatever went on in this class today didn't end up like it did last time.

"Erm, okay I suppose. Oh, sorry, I'm Parker by the way. Ah- what about you"? He asked, unsure.

"Agatha and I'm good" She smiled. "One more class to go the I'm free for the rest of the day." She added. She continued to eat her chocolate. She wondered why she had not seen him before, not that she usually paid attention to the people around her normally. Few people had caught her interest and Agatha was easily distracted especially with a castle so big and so many talking paintings and ghost.

"Well that's good. My day's nearly done too. "Parker sat facing forward again in his seat, slouching and yawning. He'd certainly make sure to get to bed early tonight. He could not afford to fall asleep in his classes. He had no clue what it was that kept him from getting as much sleep as he had before.

Angelus saw their were a few students in the class so he decided to go ahead and get the class started.

"Today class we are going to be learning about Death Eaters. Can anyone tell me what exactly are death eaters?

Angelus knew it was an easy question, but the easiest questions are the ones that always get noticed.

Angelus looked around the room and noticed a hand up.

"Ms. Keshet there is no need in my class to raise your hand, please feel free to answer the question."

Second Years- Third Lesson Empty Re: Second Years- Third Lesson

Parker sighed and looked down. Why did this class have to always center around this stuff? Wasn't there any light-hearted history of Wizard triumphs and not them killing or being killed?

After Agatha answered he added, his voice quiet. "They believed anyone other than purebloods should be...e-exterminated..."

Angelus listened to their answers and you tell that young Mr. Emery was a little nervous about his answer but that could understandable.

"Great answers 10 points each. I can understand that these things sometimes are hard to deal with but they are all part of our history."

Angelus looked at the time.

"Class dismissed"
