Lesson Three - Second Years Empty Lesson Three - Second Years

Post by Darcie Vane Mon May 14, 2012 6:55 pm

Darcie smiled gently as she walked into her friends classroom, she was more than a little worried about him because she had not seen them since they had met for the first time, she hoped that he was not taken ill with anything.

Biting her lip she looked up at the entrance to the lesson, she hoped that he would be alright.

Waiting for the students to arrive, Darcie picked up the chalk and she wrote what they would be learning today on the board in the classroom;

'Nightmare Spells'

Katrina wanted to make sure she was on the ball today and not be late for any of her classes.

Her first class for the day was going to be dark arts, she hoped that Hugo made it to his classes or he was going to be able to move up to the next year and then that would be hard. She wished her new friend was in the same year as her at least then she would have someone else to talk to when Hugo flaked out on her again.

Katrina noticed it was the same teacher again and she really enjoyed the last lesson, this week they would be learning Nightmare spells, now those could come in handy, especially on the first years.

Kat went in and found a sit at the front and waited.

Darcie's almost constant smile dimmed when there was only one person in this class, opposed to the few that had been in her others, they were however still looking as if they were keen to see what they would be learning which made all the effort that she had gone through worth it, unable to stop her smile she stepped in front of the two students.

"Hello there, today we are going to be learning about nightmare spells, do you have any idea about what these spells can do?I'm sure I could give some housepoints for some correct side effects that you suggest, don't be afraid to get it wrong."

Katrina was glad that she was the only one in the class, this made things a little easier, and she could learn a little more.

"Well I imagine that it will cause the person to have terrible dreams, maybe pain and suffering what ever the applier would want them to have."

Kat thought that sound like a very good spell.

Darcie nodded her head when the student offered up an answer it was the correct one and she was a little nervous to show the student what some of the incantations were, she wasn't sure that she was supposed to, after all she might use them on other students.

Deciding that she had better not do that, Darcie happily smiled and gave the student more background information;

"Well done 10 points to Risiko! Some people say that the founder of your house, Risiko, began work on a nightmare spell so strong that it would have the effect of the killing curse when it was inflicted upon you. There are others of course and Professor Konig Nickel specialises in them I think, working in psychological magics."

Looking at the time Darcie pouted; "Seems time is up, thank you for your attentions and focus this lesson. Class dismissed."
