Lesson Three - Third Years
The Doctor was inside the underground classroom doing something he didn't usually do; chin ups. They were great for the upper body and The Doctor felt that a strong upper body was needed for a wizard as their arms would have to be capable of moving at high speeds in intricate patterns. The learning objective was on the board.

Lucian walked into the classroom, and although he had not really been all that excited for his classes he was turning up anyway, he would most likely get in trouble if he did not turn up to the lessons. Especially this one, The Doctor would most likely blow a gasket if he did not arrive on time to this class.
"Yo." he said as he entered.

Vlad hurried to his lesson, he didn't want to be late and he knew that he had been a little too absorbed in looking into his orgins of his tattoo, it seemed that it had been done in a parlor in Berlin, although that didn't help much because it was such a wide space and people visited all the time.
It was definately a start though. Smiling lightly at the Professor and other students already in the class, he waited for the lesson to begin.

The Doctor dropped from the bar he'd been doing his chin ups on and rolled his arms a little bit at the shoulders to loosen his muscles back up a little bit. He waved to his class,
"Yo."
He rolled his neck a little bit before picking up a small brush and what appeared to be black ink,
"Alright here's the deal. Earlier we agreed that faster hand movements was better for a wizard. So what you two are going to do is paint the rune necessary for this on the knuckle of the first finger on each hand." he told them, giving the two of them the pot before drawing a complicated symbol of two circles, a triangle and three parallel lines, "This is the rune. If any of the lines are wrong, rub it off and start again."

Re: Lesson Three - Third Years
Vladimir looked at the pot and he frowned a little when he saw the symbol that he was supposed to be placing on his finger for each hand, knowing that it was going to be hard he gritted his teeth and picked up the brush.
Furrowing his brow in concentration, Vladimir began to paint the rune onto the first finger of his left hand, he drew the two circles, the triangle and the parellel lines just fine. Smiling at his achievement, Vlad looked at the other hand and groaned.
Trying to begin the new rune, Vladimir managed to draw a rather shakey circle, before realising that it wasn't actually a proper circle, and having to rub it out and try it again. Eventually after about five attempts he managed to do it right.
