Cayra sat at the bar with her drink, she could do this. A new job meant a new start. She hadn't been back in Germany for long, and was slowly catching up on all the things she had missed, it seemed to be a lot.

She ran her fingers through her hair as she gazed into her glass, she just had to keep telling herself it would all work out. It had to. Sighing, she lifted her glass and drained it, before motioning to the bartender for another.

Darcie had decided tha once she had finished one of her prophecies she would leave Durmstrang and go into Germany, hopefully she would be able to meet some new people and make new acquaintences.

However, she was slightly nervous at having to go and find someone to talk to, they might not want her to talk to them and then where would she be?

Opening the door to the pub, she ordered a butterbeer and blushed lightly, hoping that the woman on her own would not mind her coming to sit next to her, everyone else looked a little scary to be honest.

Sliding into the seat next to her, Darcie smiled shyly;

"Uhm hey, you don't mind if I sit here do you?"

Cayra smiled at the woman sitting down next to her, "of course not, makes me seem like less of a loner" she joked.

Glad to have someone to talk to, and maybe get to know somebody here, she gave her best friendly smile (which took a bit of an effort) and said "my names Cayra, Cayra Nucis, nice to meet you" holding out her hand to shake.

Darcie smiled happily when it didn't seem to be a problem to the other lady for her to sit next to her maybe she would be able to make a new friend like she had wanted, and it hopefully they would be able to keep in touch as much as possible.

"Thank you very much." she said with a happy little smile, she sat down and ran her hand through her hair, trying to get one of the knots out of it, embarrassing as it was to get her hand caught in it.

Taking Cayra's hand, Darcie grinned; "Nice to meet you Cayra, I'm Darcie Vane, a professor at the Durmstrang Institute."

"You must be joking" Cayra said laughing, realising that Darcie may find her rude, she quickly explained, "I'm a new professor starting at durmstrang, its nice to meet a collegue, even if it is by a massive coincedence".

Cayra then grinned at the lady "What subject do you teach" she asked, happy to have somebody that might tell her a bit more about the school.

Darcie smiled a little nervously when Cayra said that she must be joking she didn't think that she had done anything wrong, but when she explained Darcie smiled wider and she was glad to finally meet another person who taught at Durmstrang.

"It's so nice to meet another Professor who teaches there! I only know one other one and it gets so lonely up in the school." she said with a small pout.

When she was asked what she taught, Darcie smiled even wider and happily told her; "I teach soothsaying and I'm currently covering Dark Arts, what about you?"
