Lesson Two - Third Years

Briony was looking forward to this lesson, she had thought that the term had managed to move on in a very productive way and the Halloween Ball had gotten off without a hitch, she hoped that the tasks would continue in the pleasant way they had done also, it was doing wonders to the relationship between the two schools.

Opening the door to her classroom, Briony sat down behind her desk and flicked her lighter on, lighting her cigarette she took a deep drag before blowing out a smoke ring.

Writing on the board what the students would be learning about Briony waited for them to appear;

'Flipendo'

Xander walked into class. He was used to being the first one into class this lesson. It was so weird.

Taking a seat at the front, and sending a quick smile to the professor, he waited for class to start.

Briony sighed, it was very disheartening to see that there was only one person in the class today, perhaps there was some sort of illness going around, or perhaps the students were just skiving because of the tournament that was going on.

Either way Briony was not impressed.

"So, Xander, maybe you can tell me what this spell actually can be used for?"
