Focusing on the speed bag again, Frank just said, "Alrighty then."

Charlotte smiled gently and she was just about to reply to Frank when Melody walked in, she had met her before when she had attempted to train with her sword before, and she wondered if she would remember her, it was hard to forget the almost albino looks of Charlotte after all.

"Hey there Melody! It's nice to see you again." Charlotte said with a light smile on her lips, it was a little strange how she just seemed to show up, but who was she to judge?

In relation to the comment about Hufflepuff loosing the house cup, Charlotte giggled a little and she shrugged her shoulders; "I guess you're just going to have to get a wriggle on and earn your house some more housepoints." she grinned.

Standing up, Charlotte walked over to what looked like some weights, and she began to lift some of the smaller ones with a smile on her lips.

When Charlotte mentioned getting Hufflepuff some more points, Frank let out a snort. Frank spoke jokingly,

"I know we're the house of the hard workers, but really? The year is over halfway done and you seriously think we're going to make up over a hundred points? We might be able to do that, if all the other houses just, I don't know, took a two month long break? Come to think of it, a two month break sounds pretty good..."

Frank saw Melody hit the punching bag next to his own, and he smiled. Rather cute to see the special little first year attack a punching bag.

Frank saw Charlotte walk over to the weights, and start lifting.

Wait... Weights?! He hadn't even spotted those! Good god this place was amazing! He'd have to start incorporating those into his workout from now on.

Charlotte grinned and she couldn't help but think that it would be nigh impossible to get so many points to catch up with Slytherin, which meant that they might actually get to win the house cup this year, since Gryffindor won it last year.

"I'm sure that I would love to take a two month long break however I don't think that the rest of the school are going to, especially Ravenclaw, they got almost 100 points between this term and last." she said, a little bit shocked "Youre house is doing really well." she said towards Melody.

When she saw that there were more punch bags, Charlotte grinned and she walked up to one of them, just imagining that the punching bag was someone she really didn't like, like Humphrey, and she brought her fist back and started the punch the hell out of the punching bag.

All the while she was making little noises of annoyance and her hair was turning into a bright firery red.

Melody watched Frank and Charlotte go over to the weights. Frank didn't seem to like talking to her but she could live with that she wasn't very good at making conversation anyway.
"Thanks your house is winning,"Melody replied."Wow it looks like that punching bag did something to offend you.Your imagining an enemy or something I'm guessing."
Her hair just turned red looks like Charlotte is full of surprises,Melody thought wondering if she'd ever figure out the blonde Slytherin.

Frank walked over to the weights and picked up two dumbbells of five kilograms each.

Seeing Charlotte punch the living hell out of a punching bag, he was surprised by seeing her hair turn red. Deciding not to comment, Frank walked to an empty piece of white wall. Casting a Lumos Solem to hover behind him, Frank started shadowboxing with the weights in his hands.

He could feel his arms start burning almost immediately. Damn, this would be tough.

Starting to sweat again, Frank noticed the girls both focusing on their respective punching bags. Panting, he focused on his shadow.

Charlotte took a break from punching and she grinned as Melody told her that she thought that the punching bag was an enemy that she was thinking of, and she nodded her her, it was the best way in her opinion to get all the anger out of your system.

"It sure is! My Papa told me that it was the best way to let out all of your anger towards that person, while training at the same time."

Tilting her head to one side as Frank seemed to be starting to do a type of fighting that she had never seen before, it was strange but she couldn't stop watching it. Wondering if he was going to be weirded out by her staring at him, Charlotte smiled gently.

"What are you doing?" she asked him.

"I think he's shadow boxing."

Frank heard one of the two girls stop boxing before hearing Charlotte explain to Melody that she was indeed thinking about an enemy.

After a minute or two of silence, Frank heard Charlotte speak up. Melody answered with her guess, which was actually quite correct.

Never pausing his movement, Frank explained: "As Melody said, I'm shadow boxing. Which means exactly what it says, boxing against your shadow. And by using the weights, my arms get a really intense workout on all the muscles and joints, simply lifting weights does nothing for your joints. And it helps me improve my form as I can watch my shadow and see if there are any gaps in my style an opponent could profit from."

Frank grinned.

"It's basically sparring without a partner mixed with weightlifting really. Although these weights aren't that heavy, you'd be surprised if you actually had to fight whilst holding them."

Charlotte blinked a little bit and it all sounded very complicated to her, she hoped that she wouldn't be asked by her Papa to do anything like this because she didn't really think that she would be able to do it, considering that it looked really hard, without her heart condition flaring up.

"Wow, it looks and sounds really complicated, and hard, so I'll just leave that for the professionals." she teased "Do you mind if I watch?" Charlotte asked kindly.

Sitting down on the floor Charlotte took a bottle of pumpkin juice from her bag and she sipped at it, hoping that the rest would relax the tension that was developing in her chest, she hoped that the charm on her blue stone bracelet would go off...otherwise her Papa would end up coming here and she'd look like an idiot.

"Does anyone want some?" she offered not wanting to make herself seem selfish when other might want a drink too.

Frank grinned when Charlotte joked about leaving shadow boxing to the professionals.

"You might leave it to the pro's, but I don't think they'll care all that much if I give it a shot as well. And sure you can watch, I mean, I do look rather dishy, even if I do say so myself." Frank joked. He knew Charlotte had a boyfriend, but he could tease, right?

When he heard Charlotte offer him and Melody something, Frank looked at her from the corner of his eye, she was holding up a bottle of pumpkin juice.

"No thanks, too sweet and too soup-like for me."

As he turned back to the wall, Frank remembered Melody guessing correctly that he was shadow boxing. How did she even know what shadow boxing was?

"Say Melody, how come you know what shadow boxing is? Most people aren't familiar with it after all."

Charlotte giggled a little bit when Frank replied to her comment, after all she should have known that he wouldn't have been a professional himself, but, the second part made her hair turn a light pink as she blushed and waved her hand to dismiss his comment.

"Dream on." she teased, sticking out her tongue at Frank before she continued to try and massage the knot out of her chest, it was starting to hurt a little bit now and she didn't want it to turn into another attack.

Shrugging her shoulders, Charlotte held out the bottle for Melody to take with a smile on her lips;

"Well that's alright, more for me and Melody then." she grinned, before flicking her eyes back to see if Frank had started up shadow boxing again, it was really interesting to watch.

Melody watched Charlotte massage her chest and she wondered if something was wrong but wasn't sure if she should ask.
"Thanks,"Melody said to Charlotte and she took a sip of the juice.Oh, how she loved sweet stuff.

Restarting his boxing, Frank noticed Charlotte's hair turning light pink. Cute. Hearing her mention dreaming, Frank saw another opening.

"How do you know I've been dreaming 'bout you babe?"

Swinging a right hook, Frank noticed he didn't fully stretch his arm when he tried that. That was the benefit of shadow boxing! Trying to pay more attention to that, Frank refocused on the conversation.

"If you happen to know a place that serves Coca-Cola or Ice Tea, then I'm all ears though."

Focusing on the wall, Frank wondered why his arms weren't getting tired. It felt as if there was some kind of energy running through them.

Charlotte smiled happily and she was glad that she was able to help Melody out with her drink after all, it was nice to help people and many people thought that as a Slytherin, she wasn't a nice person, which often upset her when it came to making new friends.

It seemed however she wasn't doing too bad in making two new friends today!

"No worries Melody, take as much as you want." Charlotte smiled happily before pouting at Frank and shaking her head, obviously disapproving of all of this flirting and such, she had a boyfriend after all "Maybe you should direct your dream to someone single, and more your age." she smirked.

Running her hands through her hair, Charlotte hummed; "The house elves should have some coca cola."

Frank noticed Charlotte's shadow shaking her head. Knowing he was reaching the point where he might upset her by continuing his flirting, he laid off of Charlotte.

"Ah, you know I don't really have control over my dreams, but I'll try. And yeah sure, I only joke after all. No harm meant ya know."

Walking to the weight rack, Frank switched his fivers for tens. Now he ought to get tired a bit faster! This was the highest he had ever tried after all. Last time he had topped off af eights.

Walking back to the wall, Frank restarted his sequence. Only to almost drop his weights when he heard Charlotte mention Coca-Cola.

"SERIOUSLY!? The house elves have cola? Why don't those ruddy bastards serve it during meals then? You don't happen to know where the kitchens are, do you?" Frank yelled.

"Oops. Sorry, didn't mean to yell. But cutting the crap for a sec, do any of you both know where the kitchens are?"

"The kitchen is right underneath the Great Hall down the same staircase that leads to this common room.To gain access you must tickle the pear in a portrait of a bowl of fruit it squirms and giggles which then turns into a green door knob."

Frank was grinning like a loon as he heard Melody explain where the kitchens were.

Speeding up his work out, he knew where he'd be going once he was done here. And after he had taken a shower of course.

"Thanks Melody, I appreciate it." Frank smiled

Starting to incorporate kicks into his workouts, Frank could feel himself finally tiring. It's about time!

Starting to feel himself losing energy, Frank kicked it up another notch. He wanted to be done so he could visit the kitchen.

He was actually hitting the wall by this point. He could feel it shaking beneath his hands and feet.

Charlotte giggled a little when Frank decided to exclaim rather loudly that he was happy that the house elved had coca cola, Charlotte didn't know why they didn't serve it during meal times, she could take a guess knowing Briony but she wouldn't speak it aloud.

"Maybe you should ask Headmistress Briony, however, I don't think that she's in the best of moods at the moment. Maybe you should wait until she's in a better frame of mind." Charlotte giggled.

Raising her eyebrow when Frank began to actually hit the wall, she wondered if the caretaker was going to be happy about having to fix that later but didn't comment.

Standing up Charlotte decided that it was probably best not to do too much exercise any more, after all her chest had only just unknotted itself.

Frank started to batter the wall. He could feel his strength being sucked away. With a grin, Frank started to hit even faster and harder.

Hearing Charlotte mention the Headmistress, Frank thought for a second.

"Maybe that isn't the best idea. I don't feel like discussing our daily menu with the Headmistress. It's best if she doesn't know too much about me, you see. I don't know if she's the type to contact Muggle authorities or not."

Deciding to finish up, Frank put all of his power into a final right hook. Frank could feel the wal break under his arm. Dropping the weights and looking, he could feel his hand hurting. He'd have to visit the hospital wing for that.

Looking at the wall, Frank saw he had punched a hole into the wall three times the size of his fist. Damn.

"Huh. Imagine what that could do to a face."

Joshua walked into the room and pulled out his scythe and walked over to a set of training dummy's "Hmm cakewalk..." Joshua said before slashing all of
the dummy's in half.
