Ulquiorra! <3333 I stopped watching Bleach after he died, in protest actually. I can't stand writers who kill of a character simply because he's on the "dark" side. Anyone with a brain nowadays knows people relate to byronic heroes more than actual ones.

Gah! I love Rukia, I really do. But Yoruichi is in a whole different league. So yeah, I pick her.
