She's a beautiful girl who looks like she was just hanging out being silly when one of her friends (guy friend probably) does something stupid and/or embarrassing and she's looking away like, "Oh, I so don't know you la la la la la hmm hmm hm I'm just sitting here adjusting my hat!"

The black eyes rock and proves how very cruel you can be, the hair is braided in such a way that says power and cruelty in the same way, linking them to the eyes. And you look down right evil ^^
