Character Background:

Lucas was born in France to two normal parents. Although that "normal" isn't exactly what you call normal in the Muggle world, it's quite normal in the wizarding world. Like most wizarding families, Lucas's parents always wears robes in public, whether they're in the wizarding world or the Muggle world. When the war between Germany and Britain started, his parents went to London and raised him there, until Lucas got his Hogwarts letter. Surprisingly, they accepted him and his sister, even though he was 14 and his sister was 12. This made it harder, because both of them are supposed to be at school and they're running out of money. His parents, currently working for the Ministry, need all the money they could get to survive in their small home. The recent attacks on Britain made a huge effect on Lucas's parents, making them more fierce and desperate than ever. All they needed was some peace, but that peace cannot be obtained with the war on-going.

At times, Lucas gets frustrated. Luckily, there's school to help him get his mind off of things. But the combined pressure of the war and the things that his parents want him to do just made things worse. Unlike before, he does his best to stay out of trouble. But Lucas couldn't help it, he almost always dares himself to break the rules, he finds himself in trouble in the end anyways. Although these things - detention & punishments, etc. - have no effect on him whatsoever. He continues to dare himself, until he's had enough, but returns to making trouble afterwards. Lucas has been threatened a couple of times by his parents, because they want him to behave and lay low. They didn't want to attract too much attention to themselves, and they were already having a hard time with work.
