Just Hanging (Open)

Shekel sighed a little bit as he hang from the ceiling. He enjoyed standing on the ceiling, it made for a great way to pace and still use some of his concentration. Eventually he sighed again and dropped down from the ceiling, landing gracefully on the floor, already beginning a to whistle a cheery little tune as he wandered through the shack.

Most haunted mansion in Britain eh?

What a load of old rot. Literally, since most of the shack was wood and wood was not designed to pass the tests of time when it was formed into mad-made structures. Even now the harsh, gale-force winds, seemed to make the entire shack shake. To a human it would make the build unsafe.

To Shekel it made it interesting.

Apparting onto Hogsmeade, stumbling slightly Gabriella noticed the cold chill and emptiness of the village, some were probably frightened of the epidemic that had hit Europe so suddenly. She sighed as she walked through the place, wind blowing softly as she tilted her head back, withdrawing her wand to cast a Warming Spell over herself rubbing her arms to make herself warmer. She sighed feeling the effects as she pulled her head into a strict ponytail as she continued walking thinking about possible things to do, places to go, etc. Then her eyes landed on one spot, a place that many insisted were haunted.

She closed her eyes and took a deep breath; in and out and then she'd be gone. Just a quick look, quick steps and if she got caught by a ghost, she prayed to Morgana that she'd make it out, her running doing the shot.

"Hello?" She called into the shack she assumed empty biting her lowerlip, her hands playing with her braid as the door had opened.

Hearing someone approaching the shack, Shekel had remained where he was. Why should he move just because someone else had decided that they wanted to explore? Dropping down from the ceiling, landing silently on the floor, he sighed a little bit,

"Doesn't anyone knock anymore?" he muttered as he decended the stairs, looking pale and etheral, "Have you never heard of manners my young lady?"

Gabriella let out a shriek and took several steps back before steeling herself - be brave! She willed herself to be as her mouth mimicked a fish's for a moment. She didn't believe anyone would inhabit this creepy and dark shack at the top of the hill. After thirty seconds or so of trying to force something out she reached into her back pocket and shakily withdrew her wand.

"Wh-Who are you?" She stammered out before slapping her forehead and letting it fall down her face.

"S-Sorry, I didn't k-know this was anyone's h-home." Gabriella stuttered again and let her wand falter slightly.

"Are you a ghost?" She asked proud a little-more fearful however-that the sentence was sturdy. Her prior actions must've made it obvious that she was thrown off kilter by an answer.
