Background Information:

Genevive was brought up in a pure blood household who were very focused on the purity of their line, as a result she is the product of certain elements of inbreeding, her mind was a little bit warped before her upbringing really began. However when the pressures of the pure blood line began to grow on her from her family, she found herself getting more and more unstable until one day she snapped, and by an act of accidental magic killed several people in the shopping center she was in with her mother - including her mother herself.

Instead of being locked up in Azkaban as she was too young, she was kept in protective custody in a children's mental institute and in there she was taught magic as she had to stay inside for the beginning of her school life before attending Hogwarts school and being sorted into Slytherin house. Now, although hidden, her true mental unstableness has grown since she was placed into the mental institute and she frequently conducts activities of questionable legality behind closed doors now she has graduated.
