Wanted younger brother

Okay so I would like a younger brother his name Terrence Lee Okinawa (First name can be changed). Terrence is now 18 and has yet to meet his older sister Juliet who does not even know that her brother exists because he was born in Tokyo Japan and sent for adoption right away. It is believed that he is was a result of an affair that Juliet's Mom had but was never discovered though her dad was suspicious he just thought that it might be his child.

Okay he should be a little aggressive to people that he does not know, seem withdrawn from the world for the most part since for a year he has known that he was adopted and he does not feel like he belongs anymore.

Well he would not trust Juliet at first because he was not told that he had any siblings just a mom and a dad that know one knows who it was. However over time I would like him to become close to Juliet but you can decide when and if that would happen.

I am not trying to be annoying with questions I just want to make sure I develop the charater correctly.

Does he attend Durmstrang or Hogwarts?

You state he is 18 so has he gone to the school long or has he just got there?

Which house should he be in..this willl help with charater attitude?

Also does he know about Juliet as of now? I know he knows he was adopted.

Does Juliet know of him, or is this what is going to be discovered?
