Contemplation (open)

Tabi decided she wanted to take a walk out around the lake. Many things had that week and she wanted to think about them.

Tabi was happy with who she was and didn't care what other people thought about her. She was glad that Damien had someone else with him, like she had someone with her.

Tabi felt like Ivano completed her and she was being breed to be the prefect Slytherin wife, even if it was for Damien.

Tabi wanted Damien to be happy as much as she wanted it for herself. Tabi knew that there would be problems with Damien's father if he ever found out about Tessa and she didn't want that.

Tabi found the perfect spot down by the lake and decided just to watch the water and birds. Maybe she would see the squid come out.

Damien had been looking for Tabi every where he was so mad at her he could spit nails. He had been asking around if anyone had seen her. He had finally ran into a 1st year who said they had seen her down by the lake.

Damien walked very fast to the lake looking for her and then he finally found her and walked up to her and started yelling.

"Who is the hell do you think you are telling people about my life. It is no one business but my own."

Tabi was lucky she was a girl or he would have slapped her across he face. This was not the training room so he wasn't going to touch her.

Tabi was enjoying her peace and quiet until she heard the voice that never seemed to get out of her head. Except this time it was yelling at her, not that it was the first time.

"Geez Damien, you scared the crap out of me, I do not even know what the hell you are talking about." At this point she had not started yelling, just acting confused at the moment.

Damien could not believe she was going to play games with me.

"Tabitha Ann, don't play stupid with me, you know excatly what I am talking about."

Damien got right up in her face. "How could you do that too me, you know how I feel about my father."

Damien grabbed ahold of her arms tightly and whispered. "How would you feel if I went around telling people about what happened to you in that alle the summer before school started."

He could tell by the look on her face that she didn't know he knew.

"Your my wife to be, did you not think you would have a protection detail on you."

Even though she was only 11 at the time she was still his responsiblity and still is at this moment even if he didn't want it.

Tabi could not believe he grabbed her and that he knew her secret. So far she had only told Tess about that and now Damien knew.

Tabi tried to get out of his grasped "I don't want your protection, andI don't want to be your wife. Tabi started crying.

Tabi knew she was hurting but she also knew Damien's biggest weakness was seeing a woman cried.

"Please just let me go Damien, your hurting me." Tabi just let the tears fall, she knew yelling for help would do no good.

She knew the rules of the contract she was his until it was broken. Slytherin woman were submissive to there man and that was how she was raised.

"I was just trying to help you out, she was confused at how you were acting. I didn't want her to leave you."

For some reason it was like Yasmina was taking her down to the lake. But she really didn't know why, all she had to do was trust her puppy. She knew that Yasmina loved being outside, she really didn't like being in the castle all the time. Tessa knew this and ever chance they would go outside together.

When she got close she thought that she head Damien and Tabi talking. At first she had no idea, she then then stayed back and started to listen.

Damien had to laugh when Tabi started to cry.

"Honey your tears do not work on me any more." Damien had this evil grin on his face as he gripped her arms tighter.

"I understand that you do not want to marry me, but until the day this farce is over, you will listen to me." Damien knew all too well how Tabi was trained.

"You want to play little tough girl to everyone else, but it won't work with me. I know your weakness. You will go to Tessa and tell her everything you said was a lie, and you will do it as soon as we are done here."

Damien knew how hard he was gripping her arms but he didn't care. He knew the one thing that would seal the deal so he pulled her arms into him and kissed her.

"You would do best to remember what I said, I am in charge." Damien threw her to the ground and walked away.

Tessa couldn't believe what she had just heard. She was still in shocked when Yasmina started to bark.

She had no idea how to react to this, but she knew that she wasn't going to stay and find out anymore.

But Yasmina had a different plan as she dragged Tessa down to the lake.

Ivano took a stroll down to the lake when he heard voices specifically the voice of the most beautiful girl according to him. It sounded like she was arguing with someone. But who he could not make it out.

Walking over to him he then realized it was the jerk from the train. He caught the words: 'My wife to be.' So this was the person that she was pledged to be married to well he was far to rude. He was not sure if he should interfere but decided to do so anyways.

"What is going on here!" He said as he he walked over to stand beside Tabi. He was angry at the way that the other guy was holding her arms and making her cry. He let his hand rest over his dagger in case he would need to use it to protect the woman who he cared deeply about.

Tabi was still in shock at the way Damien had treated her, he had never treated her that way. When he went to shove her on the ground her fall was stopped by a body and then when the voice spoke she let out a sigh of relieve.

Damien had finally let go of her arms and she turned into Ivano's chest and just broke down and cried. At the moment she had no words to speak.

Tessa could know tell that Tabi was crying, in knowing her a short time. She never would guess anything would make Tabi cry.

She then took a couple of steps back, hoping that no one saw her.

When Damien went to push her, her fall was stopped when Ivano walked up to them.

"There is no problems here just putting the woman in her rightfull place. I sure hope you enjoy her, she is so used and broken." Damien said as he started to walk away holding onto his wand if it was needed.

Damien would leave it up to Tabi to tell him her story he was done with her.

Damien started walking back to the castle when he heard some rustling nearby and as he got closer he noticed it was Tessa walking about. Maybe she had not heard what had happened.

"Hay Tessa what is up" Damien smiled like nothing just happened.

She looked at Damien. " How could you do something like that? Let only say it."

Seeing Tabi begin to fall it was his instinct to wrap his arms around her protecting her from falling to the ground. When she turned into his chest he held her and let her cry while glaring at the boy who did this to her he was not sure his name nor did he care if he treated the Tabi like this than there was no need to know his name except to locate him.

"It is alright Tabi I am here now." He whispered quietly he did not want anyone besides her to know what he was saying because it could could make things worse.

When the boy said that 'nothing was up just puttin a woman in her rightful place.' That was all that was needed to put Ivano over the top he gently separated himself from Tabi and pulled out his wand and his dagger and ran after him. "What makes you think that you can treat anyone that way? Do you seriously thinks that everything revolves around you?" He said as he got in position to fight the need arose he was not going to be not ready for it.

Picking up the last herbs needed to the potion she needed she found herself contemplating why she was here at this very moment. Lily had asked for it too and she shook her head wondering how she became friends with that professor. Maybe it was their daily tea sitting that brought them closer.

Still the calming effect of the environment that once helped her thoughts wander was disrupted by the sounds of arguing. Walking over, she saw that there were four students, two first years in her class and two second years also in her classes.

"What is going on here?!" she raised her voice seeing the wand drawn.

Muttering a wandless spell, Ivano was disarmed and she stood there hands on her hips glaring at the students.

Damien was about to comment to Tessa about what had happened was nothing, and not to worry when she heard when he heard Ivano yelling at him in the back ground.

"What didn't she tell you, she is my property and until this marriage contract is over I will do as I please. She has just forgotten her place and needed to relearn it."

Damien was a proud Slytherin and he was not going to back down from anything.

"Don't worry she is all yours in all aspects but as for her mouth, she will learn to keep it shut."

Just as he was finshed Professor Valentine had walked up to the group.

"Nothing ma'am, we were just having a little chat." Slytherins didn't rat on each other.

Tessa then grabbed Yasmina handle. " That was low Damien."

She then started to walk back up to the caslte.

No matter what had happen Tabi was 100% Slytherin and what happened with Slytherins stayed that way.

Wiping off her face. "Nothing ma'am, just a miss understanding that is all."

Tabi was glancing at Damien knowing he would never say anything.

He was going to attack but he then realized that his wand and his dagger were no longer in his hands turning around he saw a professor. Professor Valentine to be exact he suddenly changed his composure.

"Nothing at all Professor Valentine." He said as he walked back to Tabi. The last thing that he needed was to get a detention over this matter. Tt did not really matter what Damien did to Tabi really, but he hoped that she would be able to talk freely with him.

Angel glared angrily and shook her she clearly remembered that there was a Slytherin code. That was once her house, and she remembered how there was a code of conduct, unspoken loyalty.

"I see how it is. I'd hate to remind you that I once was a student and I know how it works. And while you won't tell me what all this was about, I have no choice but to give you all detention."

Shaking her head she handed the wand back to Ivano and looked at the group angrily.

"Get out of my sight, all of you before I walk you all to the Headmistress"

Damien just took what the teacher said in stride.

"Yes, Ma'am" as he walked away.

He got his point across to Tabi and that was all that mattered, now all he had to do was explain things to Tessa and that was going to be interesting.

Tessa was still walking fast. It was as if Yasmina had to run to keep up with her.

"Understandable professor." Ivano reached for Tabi's hand "Come on dear lets leave before I am tempted to do something else." He said quietly he could not afford to be any worse punishment. However at the moment he did not know if he could control himself completely.

Moving his hand from Tabi's to her shoulders he gently lead her the direction of the castle he was planned on always being there for her to talk to no matter what.

Tabi let Ivano lead her away, there was so many things that she wanted to tell him she didn't know where to start.

"Sorry you had to see that, he has never treated me like that before and I didn't know what too do."

Tabi was correct, they had spent every day of their lives together up until the last two years.

"I have been training to be a Slytherin wife since I could understand how to do things. I was taught how to eat, drink and obey." Listening to herself talk it made her sound like a slave.

Tabi had leaned into Ivano while they walked.

"Then the summer before school started I was attacked on my way home by three muggle boys in a alley and was left in pretty bad shape."
