Traipsing About
Alexander awoke well after the sun had risen. Blinking he let his amber eyes adjust to the light filled room, when they finally focused he tensed. For a moment his small fluffy form was filled with fear. Where was he? Licking a paw nervously he tried to remember. Like always it was while washing an ear that he realized what was going on. He remembered his mama, Yeva, carrying him, petting him, saying nice things. She had brought him here, so here was safe wherever here was. Stretching out as far as he could he clawed the new blanket, this bed was much softer than the straw stuffed mattress they had at home. Leaping off the bed the cold floor was a shock to his paws.
Alexander glanced about him, there were other beds in the room. He gave a sniff, so many new smells filled the air, he didn't like it. Rubbing along all the furniture and walls he could find he was determined to make it smell like him he left white and orange hair everywhere. After a while he grew bored of this and stalked about for mice sure he could catch one, this time. Searching in shoes and bags, swatting at lumps and wrinkles in the blankets of the beds he could feel his cunning grow! It wasn't long however, before he grew terribly hungry, he hadn't eaten since last night and he thought he was going to die! Fluffing out his fur in annoyance he made up his mind, he was going to pounce on whoever came through the door next and demand nourishment!

Re: Traipsing About
Nothing, it seemed like years later and not one person had come to tend to him! The indignity of it! Wasn't anyone aware that he was starving to death? Walking to the door he meowed at it politely, in hopes that it would open. He turned his ears back and tried again, 'Well,' he thought annoyed. 'This door is obviously quite stupid.' After a few moments he leaped, skillfully, in his own mind, at the latch, and missed by a lot landing awkwardly on the ground. His fur bristled with frustration. Shoving his paws under the door as far as he could he scratched and swatted the space beyond yowling in a manner that would make one think he was dying, for he truly believed he was.

Agne exhausted from the day walked through the common room and up to the girl's dorm ready to call it a night. As she neared the door she heard the frantic mewing and saw the white paws swishing about under the door. "Aw, poor kitty!" she sighed before opening the door.

Alexander heard someone coming and quickly pulled in feet so they would get crushed sitting quite pleased with himself he began to purr, mommy always came when he did that. The door opened and shock flashed through him setting his fur on edge, not mommy. As with most decisions made in his life he made it in the few short moments that followed. Darting between the girl's legs he tore through the common room catching his claws on the sofa as he scampered over it. Squeezing through the open door he raced through the adjoining hall.

"No!" Agne shouted chasing the feline. "Wait, stop get back here!" she cried frantically as she ran out after him, fear swelling with in her there were only four other students in her house, she knew exactly whose cat she had let out. The Russian girl Yeva was sure to be angry with her, and with the Sweeney angry with her already she didn't know what she'd do!
