What Creature Are You? Druid
Strength of Being This Creature: Able to commune with nature, the elements (weather), and animals telepathically/emotionally with animals, indescribably with the others. Druids have a connection to the seasons and moon. Able to use certain magics most akin to potions called ‘Nature Binding’, but they do not have to be consumed to have effect, effect can be similar to potions, charms, or spells depending on the ingredients used. Soothsayers. Druids also possess extremely powerful magic able to do the will of the user known as ‘Soul Song Magic,’ requires no instrument (wand), preparation or spoken spells only the will of the druid.
Weakness of Being This Creature: Unseasonal changes in weather affect druids in a multitude of possible ways from mild headaches to pneumonia like symptoms. Weakest during the new moon phase, unable to command animals, if the task is agreeable the animal will comply. Tend to get ‘lost’ while soothsaying. Use of Soul Song Magic is highly taxing, trying to great a magic may put the druid into a coma, or even kill them. All druids are said to be cursed.

Background Information:
Morana, like all druids, was born feet first, blue eyed and was not breathing under a full moon. She was drawn back into life by the breath of her mother’s midwife Anya, making her, her soul mother. Being born during winter she has strongest ties to this season, both good and bad. She had a typical life in her tiny and poor village, marrying the smith’s son at fifteen. At seventeen she was a new mother and still unaware of what she truly was, unsure of why or how she knew certain things, or why animals seemed to enjoy her presence.
It was in the winter of that year that her village was destroyed, the sole survivor she wandered, broken and alone, bleeding and near death into the forests, her love and life lost. As she lay dying a pack of wolves happened upon her, it was then that something amazing occurred. “Rise,” one of them called her, daring what no other animal had. “Rise and be well young Druid, my mate is dead and pups need your hand!” Awed she watched as they brought her a multitude of berries and twigs containing sap needed to heal herself. After she was well, she aided the wolves and chose to live apart from society and dwell where she felt she truly belonged. She is still unaware of the actual length of time that has passed since.
She grew to hate all people over this time, save for children who would occasionally get lost in her wood, she would feed them and care for them for a few days, singing them lullabies and rocking them to sleep, tearfully remembering her son, before returning them to their families.
Mother: Agi a lovely brown haired hazel eyed woman who had a soft voice, she died of illness when Morana was three (diseased)
Father: Gyozo a handsome man with blond hair and green eyes who had a strong back from hard work he was in truth very gentle and kind, he raised Morana (diseased)

Spouse: Peti the smith’s son who had sandy hair and lavender eyes, he was a smith like his father before him (diseased)
Children: Virag, her infant son who took after his father in looks, three months in age at the time of his death (diseased)
