Lesson Two- First Years

[Jadzia Krulle]

Jadzia Krulle was looking forward to her second lesson of the term. Although both her first and second years classes were small, she was already seeing growth in each one.

The door opened, signaling to the awaiting students that class was about to begin.

[Yeva Sergeiovna Glazgova]

Yeva was rather nervous about her next class, it was Defense. As she walked down the hall towards the room her head pounded with the roar of her own heart. Unsure of what to expect a million possibilities sprang to mind ranging for docile whims of reading and discussing spells, to unspeakable terrors such torture and having curses flung at you which you were expecting to deflect. She shuddered, after her first teacher she wouldn’t put it past any of them! She spotted the door which stood open and gave a small sigh of relief, no skulls. A little braver now she walked slowly on, just in case. Peering in she saw a simple looking class room and a lovely looking woman with brown hair pinned in a stately bun at the top of her head.

Yeva’s heart was instantly at ease as she looked at the woman, reminded, despite the woman’s youth, of her mother.
“Здравс-” Yeva paused, remembering herself, this time. “Guten tag, hello!” she smiled stepping over the threshold.

Casey walks into the room, on a slight high from just having some blood. She proceedes to sit down at one of the desks, ready to go.
