Luka is the son of Raven 'The Sweeney' Drake, and some might dare to say that the is nuttier than his own mother. Sure, he doesn't kill so much, but he scares the living daylights out of everyone. Ever since he and his twin sister, Keaira, were taken away from her he has been nutty. None know why, though they suspect it is something to do with his genetics.
