Sam is Alexandra Hawthorns cousin, she is very brave and loyal her cousin has alway's called he a tomboy which Sam is. Sam's parents died in a house fire a long time ago and she's been staying with muggels since, Sam and Alex have alway's been close. Sam is very quiet and is rather not talkative unless she knows you. Sam got the scars on her face when her house was on fire some glass exploded and she got cut all on her face but she only has two scars.

Sam misses her cousin terribly but she writes her every chance she get's, she is also very smart and laid back but she is loyal and brave and she isn't scared to stand up to bullies but she knows when to walk away from a fight, and she's scared of fire because it reminds her of her parents death.
