Secret Meeting (Invite only)

Damien had decided that the best way to speak with Anne was to find a place that no one would know about. He had found this secluded place off of Hogsmeade that was perfect to meet her at, he was hoping she was going to come.

He cared a lot of Tessa and Anne and even though he promised Tessa he could not stay away from Anne, he was too afraid to leave her on her own.

Damien made it to the spot that he had given Anne a map for and now he would just have to wait and see if she showed up. He knew she was afraid about Tessa finding out she would probably not come.

Anne walked to the place Damien had given her a map to. She was heart broken, she hadn't slept in days. She needed someone, anyone. She knew that Tessa would never speak to her again. At this moment she didn't care. Parker had left her. She was completly alone.

She saw Damien, and paniced. She started to walk out but her damn 'gift' kicked in she fell to the floor. She saw herself on the ground of the shack. It was quick only a flash. She quickly got up, but she knew she had made a noise when she fell. She inwardly groaned. Now she couldn't leave.

Anne looked down, She didn't want Damien to see her face. She had dark circles under her eyes. Sadness was etched on her face. Her eyes were dead. Though her bruises were gone, she now had new scars. She had started cutting herself again. Her heart was broken, she didn't know how to be alone. It was so hard.

"Hello Damien," She said her voice croaky. She wanted to hit herself. He wasn't supossed to know she was dying on the inside.

Damien heard some noise and had hoped it was Anne, then he heard another noise that sounded like someone had falling over. When he got up to see who it was he noticed Anne pulling herself up off the ground.

When she looked up at him and said hello he could do nothing but pull her into his arms.

"What have you been doing to yourself, this is not good Anne?"

Anne pulled away from Damien. He had no clue what hell she had been going through. She was all by herself. She was still rying to get over what had happened to her. She still had no family. He didn't get it. He had Tabi and Leshia Tessa and his mom. She had no one.

"Me, why would you care about me." She huffed. She was broken and nothing could fix her. Not if they couldn't be friends in public. He didn't understand what it was like to have no one to turn to, no one did.

"I have no one Damien no one." She told him her heart still breaking. She didn't want him to walk out on her too. It would hurt so much.

Damien shook his head if he didn't care why would he be risking everything to meet her out here in the middle of no where.

"What is not to care Anne, you are a great person and you shouldn't have to go through this all alone. I am here for you." Damien sighed at her as she pulled away.

"I am trying the best way to get this worked out for the both of us, do you know how much it killed me inside when you left me standing in the ROR."

Anne sighed ya she was a good person sure she was thats why she was completly alone.

"No Damien I don't know how much it hurt you. I'm sorry, but I wont be the reason for Tessa's sadness. I can't be." She said with a slight sigh. She looked at the floor. She couldn't believe that he cared. she wouldn't believe it.

"Damien, I can do this on my own." she lied not wanting to be left again when he thought she was fine, by then she would need him.

Anne curled up on the floor. She couldn't do this. "Damien you know Tessa's dad, the guy who killed my mom killed him too. It's all my fault. I had to leave to protect Lotus. Then Parker walked out on me. I don't know what to do." she said breaking even more.

Damien just sighed "Well you know what the last time I checked Tessa didn't tell me who I could or could not care for." Damien crossed his arms over his chest as he looked a the girl on the floor. "If Tessa cannot understand that your in trouble and need help to, then maybe I don't need to be with her."

Damien looked Anne over and she was in bad shape, so he sat down next to her on the floor. "Well for someone who can take care of themselves, you sure look like death warmed over." Damien sighed as he looked at her.

"The black circles under your eyes tell me you haven't slept in god knows how long. You not going to get proper visions if you do not get any sleep." Damien sighed again "And look at you, you have lost weight, I can tell your getting way too thin. And you say you can handle this yourself.

Damien wished he could take all of her pain away. "When are you going to see that you are not alone, I am here am I not. So what if we have to hide he fact, someone needs to look out for you."

Listening to her talk about the guy who killed Tessa's dad and her mom. "So this guy sounds really dangerous, and so is his son and you think you can take them on all by yourself?"

Anne tried to roll her eyes but failed miserably. "You wouldn't leave Tessa you love her too much." She sighed, sometimes she wish he would. Then She wouldn't run his life.

Anne chuckled weakly. "Thanks for that amazing complement." She said her voice still croaky. "Do I really look that bad." She asked, her pride taking a slight blow.

"I guess you're right. I'm in my own living hell. It's not my fault I can't sleep, the nightmares are bad." She said thinking about what woke her up whenever she managed to fall asleep. "I'm not that thin." She said looking at her waist. She hadn't lost that much weight.

"I am alone, because when I need people most I have no one. I wont ask you to be there for me, but you need to know, I'm broken Damien, beyond repair. I can't do this if there is any chance you'll leave." She said forgetting about her I'm fine facade.

"No I don't, I know I can't. I don't really plan on seeing them again." She told him. She was still on the floor holding her knees leaning away from him.

Damien smiled at Anne. "Well you know that old saying if you love something enough you have to let it go, if it was truly meant to be it will come back to you." Damien loved Tessa, he really did, he just didn't like to see other woman in pain like this it was not healthy for them.

Damien had one story that he never told anyone, it had to do with his mother. He was sure that even the twins didn't know this story.

"I have had to watch my mother take abuse and I swore I would never watch again if I could help it. My mother is just a shell of a woman anymore." Damien looked at the ground.

"Anne I am not going anywhere, I don't care what other people think or say, you need my help and I am going to help you."

Anne moved toward Damien and hugged him. "I'm sorry." She mutter softly. She wiped tears out of her eyes. If it hurt him to watch her suffer she would let him help her. She needed it.

"You know Damien when I first met you, you yelled at me for bumping into you. If anyone told me that we would end up like brother and sister. I would have told them to get checked out." She said smiling laughing at the memory. Even seers didn't see everything coming.

Anne thought about what she needed right now, of corse her stomch picked that time to rummble. "I think I could use some food. I've havn't eaten properaly in a while." She said looking around for something to eat.

"Thanks Damien, this means a lot to me." She told him holding him close.

Damien felt a little better once she hugged him, it made him feel like she truly understood why he wanted to help her now. He knew that if he was ever going to get Tessa to understand he would have to tell her that story too.

"Yeah, I can understand that. I would be booking them a room myself at St. Mungos. Damien laughed. Who ever thought he would have three sisters that were not related to him.

"How all I need is a Hufflepuff sister and I will have a complete set." Damien had to smile hoping she would smile too.

"I think that I can help with that idea" Damien disappears for a minute and returns with a basket of food.

"Just because I haven't talked to you, doesn't mean I haven't been watching you."

Anne smiled slightly, and grabed some food, being too hungry to talk. Once she had ate she looked at Damien. "Who needs a jigglepuff." She muttered, forgetting that he was pureblood and didn't know what Pokemon were.

Anne faked shock. "Oh my, I have a stalker." She said prtending to look scared. She smiled she missed having someone to joke with. She needed it to lighten everything.

'What are we going to do about Hugo?" She asked forgetting that she wasn't suppose to know his name. She was back in a serous mode now that she had finished eating. She wanted to know what they could do.

"I talked to professor Romain, and I told her what he looks like. I don't know what else I can do." She said honestly

Damien just sat back and watch Anne eat, he was really glad that he had brought some food because it was apparent that she was very hungry.

"See now aren't you glad you met with me you might have starved to death." Damien smiled. "And I do not recall saying I wanted a Hufflepuff, I just said to complete my collection I would need one.

Damien looked in the basket to see if there was anything left and found a few chips left so he started to eat them.

Damien looked at Anne when she talked about this guy. "Well for starters we need to find his weakness, once we have his weakness he will do anything we want him to do."

Damien thought about her talking to the headmistress. "Well thats all you can do really.

Damien knew from his own experience that they were going to need to find his weakness.

Anne smiled slightly, "I wouldn't have starved I know where the kitchens are." She muttered

Anne nodded she could talk to Dimiri to find out more about him. Having German friends was helpful. She looked over at Damien, and sighed. She would have to tell him what she had been doing as of late.

"Well I think I can help with that. I meet this boy in Hogsmeade. He's German, and he is in the same year and house as Hugo. It said that if Hugo tries to come after me again he'd claim me as his muggleborn. Whatever that means." She told him. Hoping he wouldn't ask what she was doing. She had figured out that cutting was not the best Idea, so she tried art.

Anne curled up into a small ball wondering if someone so evil even had a weakness. She leaned her head back and closed her eyes. She was very tired, but falling asleep wouldn't be smart.

Damien smirk a little, "Just because you know where they are doesn't mean you would go there." Raising one of his eyebrows seeing the empty basket of food.

Damien listened to Anne talk about this guy that she had met. "I am not sure what you are doing but I sure hope you are being careful." Damien thought about it a few minutes before he said.

"Maybe you can find out if this guy has a girlfriend, they make great, but terrible weaknesses."

Anne blushed at that. She was stuggling a bit. It was hard on her. "Shut up" She muttered softly, looking at her feet.

"I am being careful Damien, I don't trust very easily anymore." She sighed wishing things would go back to normal. She really didn't like that they were in a war. It made life so much harder.

"Do you really think he will. I mean we're only 11 and not everyone falls in love at this age." She said thinking that he didn't "Anyway who would like a evil crazy person like that?" She asked.

"So What have you been up to latly?" She asked tired of talking about Hugo.

Damien laughed when she told him to shut up. He really missed those types of comments from her. "I have missed you, just so you know." Damien smiled.

"Well you worry me while you are out and about doing whatever it is your doing. Plus you never know anything about a person until you spy on them." Damien sighed he knew she would do whatever she wants to do and he cannot stop her.

"You have to think it may not be a girlfriend, it could be a sister, or brother"

Anne sighed she had missed Damien too. "I've missed you too." She told him once again hugging him. She was extreamly glad she didn't have to face this alone.

"I trust him, he handed me a weakness. If he betrays me I know my advatage." She said knowing that if Dimitri turned on her she only had to threaten Luna. She would never hurt a liittle girl but, she always needed an advatage.

"Well I'll ask Dimitri, I hope it's not a little sister or brother. I couldn't do anything to a small child." She told him giving him a warning glare as to say 'we're not hurting a child'

Anne wondered what they were going to do about Tessa "What are we going to do about Tessa, Wont she nbotice that we sneak off around the same time?" She asked thinking

Damien clapped his hands together at the thought of weaknesses. "Yes always important to have the weakness. But you have to think about it this way. Just because we have the weaknesses doesn't mean we hurt them. We just make the person THINK we will hurt them."

Damien had learned way to many things watching his father, even though with this father everyone always ended up hurt, because he didn't care. He father was one of those guys that strived on other peoples pain.

"I am not sure what we are going to do with Tessa at the moment, but I do not want you worrying about it, let me do that." Damien knew this could be the end of him and Tessa, but either she would understand that he didn't like to see another person go through what his mother went through, or she could leave. Its not like Damien am cheating on her.

Anne nodded, she didn't really know what to say. She looked over at Damien and wondered who Hugo would go after if he found out that Damien was helping her. She vowed to never break, she would never give him away no matter what happened to her.

"I don't want to drive you and Tessa apart. I couldn't live with myself if I did." She said looking at him, she wanted them to be happy, even if Damien had to sever ties with her. She laughed when he told her not to worry. "I worry about everything." She said still chuckling.

Anne had an idea, she knew it might end badly. "Damien I want to meet your father. I know he might hurt me, but I don't really plan on not being your friend." She siad voicing her idea. She had a plan to help him out. It seemed like forever ago when they sat in the libaray, looking for a way to break his contract. She hadn't forgoten. She really wanted anything to destract herself from her own problems

Damien sighed a little while Anne was telling him about splitting him and Tessa up.

"Anne you need to do my a favor and let me worry and Tessa and I." Damien gave her a small smile.

Damien was in a little shock as to why anyone would want to met his father especially a Gryffindor.

"What in the world would possess you to want to meet my father?"

Anne nodded and droped the subject. She had a growing susupition that Tessa would never like her. It wasn't really that important at the moment. She had more pressing matters to deal with.

"Well I have a plan." She told him when he asked about why she wanted to meet his father. Anne was also feeling a bit reckless at the moment. She wanted to do something crazy. She didn't know why. Maube she was losing it.

"And I want to meet the man who made you cold." She said. No matter how he acted toward her, she knew that Damien's father had made him cold. It bothered her that someone could hurt their own flesh and blood like that.

Damien knew that many of the reasons he was the way he was because of his fathers and his ideals and maybe someday Tessa would make him feel better about himself. He was only 12 and had many years to go before he was a man.

"Well I do hope from now on you will include me in your plans, I want to help." Damien sighed because he was sure there would be many things that she would do without his help.

"What could my dad possibly have to do with your plans, you are messing with a very dangerous man, Anne I hope you realize that." Damien sighed again.

"I have no excuse why I am so cold, it just happens I guess."

Anne considered telling Damien her plans, but decided against it. She really wanted to see this man. She wanted to see if it would work. She needed see him to know. She was aware of how dangerus it was. It was like walking into a dragons den.

"I just need to get a read on him for now." She told him. She reallly didn't want him to think that she was going in blind.

"I know how bad he is Damien, I can see it in your eyes when you talk about him." She told him smiling sadly.

"Being cold isn't always bad. It could have saved me alot of pain." She said sighing. If she was cold, it wouldn't have hurt when Parker left.

Damien listened to Anne talked about his father and he still thought it was a terrible idea.

"Well I suppose I can set it up, but we need to come up with a plan on how you want to do this" Damien could not believe they were even talking like this.

"I hate my father with a passion and you want to use him." Damien just shook his head.

"Well I try to be cold out in the open, in private I tend to be a little different."
