Forgotten Secret

Angelus had been in a fog, he could not believe that he was a father. Not of a four year old boy that he remembered, but of a 13 year old boy. How can he move forward knowing that he had his memory erased, now he had it back.

Angelus was so confused he did not know what to think or feel he was just numb. He knew the only person that could possibly help him out, make him feel better was Dani. He had been with Dani for awhile now and he loved her more than anything. He had been waiting for the right time to ask her to marry him, but he didn't want to rush it.

With the new information that he had he was not sure if she would still want him or not, he was going to have to have more contact with Sofia, he could tell by his attitude with Sofia in her office it would not be pretty.

Walking up to Dani's apartment he was very depressed he did not even know what time it was but he needed her, and he needed her now. He walked up to the door and knocked, he heard Zephyr barking to alert Dani someone was at the door.

He was standing staring at the floor waiting for her to answer it.

Dani had a serious migraine the whole day so she had never gotten out of bed unless she needed to she had every windows blinds shut, she couldn't believe she had to take off work because it her migraine was so bad. She had fallen asleep when she heard Zephyr barking she put her pillow over her head hoping he'd quit barking soon she looked at he alarm and it said it was about 11:27.

Dani blinked she got up and she walked toward her nightstand and she grabbed her bath robe she was wearing a t-shirt and sweat pants, she sighed and tied the robe around her and she walked out of her bedroom she blinked as Zephyr continued to bark she rubbed her knee as she accidently ran into a coffe table.

Dani mentally swore at the coffee table she looked at Zephyr and glared at him, " Zephyr please shut up" Dani mumbled she unlocked her door and blinked as she opened it and saw Angelus there she opened the door and leaned her head against the door frame as the lights from outside began to make her migraine worse " Angelus? What's wrong?" Dani said while looking at him she could tell something was bothering him.

Angelus had ended up with his head on the door frame waiting on Dani. He really hated coming over this late unannounced but he needed her more than anyone could understand.

He felt the door open and we he heard the door opened he looked up and saw Dani standing there. He could seen the concern on her face, but all he could do was move in and wrap his arms around her and started to cry.

"I don't know anything anymore." Angelus was not sure anything he was saying was making sense.

"My whole life has been a lie, I can't believe someone can just steal something for a person and be ok with it."

Angelus didn't mean to just cry into her shoulder, but he didn't know what else to do, plus she had no idea what is going on.

Dani was a little taken aback when he hugged her and started crying than she listened to him and blinked she pulled his face from her shoulder she she could look him in the eye's " Angelus, what happened?" Dani asked him kindly she couldn't believe how upset he was she grabbed his hand and lead him inside her apartment.

Dani closed the door behind her and she pulled him to the couch " What's wrong?" she asked him kindly she looked around for a lamp to turn on she found one and turned it on she sat down on the couch and looked at him.

She wondered what made him so upset " Steal something? Angelus what happened?" Dani asked him she grabbed his hand and held it she was really concerned when he told her his life had been a lie and he didn't know anything anymore she glared as Zephyr continued to bark, he saw her glaring at him and he walked over and he laid down on the floor.

Angelus was glad when Dani lead him to the couch, he felt like his feet could barely move. Dani wanted him to tell her what was wrong and he was having trouble forming the words. He still could not believe it had happened.

"I went over to Sofia's and the memory vials" Angelus sighed he was trying to talk and stop crying.

"I have a son, a son that was stolen from me when he was four years old." Angelus was staring at his feet. "He was my pride and joy and I was made to forget about him."

Angelus felt himself taking his thumb of the hand she was holding and rubbing it against her hand.

Dani blinked and felt like she was frozen she shook her head thinking she may have misheard him she looked at him " A son? You two had a child?" Dani almost passed out she knew she probably looked paler but she didn't care she gulped lightly.

" M-Maybe your son, was the reason you two stayed together for so long but when your son was taken away and your memories were erased that's what broke you up" Dani said with a small shrug she honestly was still on shock but she knew she has to try to be strong for Angelus.

Dani grabbed an old handkerchief and handed it to Angelus " Well do you know where he is? Or what his name is?" Dani asked him kindly she was still a little in shock but she sighed and looked at him.

Angelus sighed a little more, he could see that she was in shock, but was trying to be strong for him. She was learning this for the first time, just like he was relearning it.

"To be honest looking back at things and the timeline, I think that was win the problems started. But I am so confused right now." Angelus sighed and leaned into Dani. "All these memories have everything messed up. I thought the timing with Sofia was right but now I am not sure."

Angelus is very sure that the amount of time has has been away from Sofia is not as much as he thought. Through these memories he had also discovered that he had never had an affair, that it was all part of the set up. But that would never change the way he feels about Dani.

"His name is Ivano, and currently he is at Durmstrang. For two years I taught my own son at Hogwarts and didn't even know it." Angelus was so confused.

"They even planted memories in us, it is all so confusing and I don't know what to do. I just know I need you to stand by me." Angelus was very afraid that he was going to loose her over this, and that scared him more than anything.

Angelus looked up off the floor and looked into Dani's eyes, "Please tell me your not going to leave me?"

Dani looked at him and sighed " Well I-" Dani started she had no idea what to say she didn't have any kids of her own, if she did she could probably relate to what he was going through but she didn't have anyone she sighed and looked at him.

When Dani heard he was in Durmstrang her teeth immediately clentched she absolutely hated that school and probably everyone in Germany, Dani accidently clentched her fists and she blinked " Durmstrang?" she said a little angirly she didn't mean for what she said to sound angry she just didn't want to have anyone from Germany in her house.

Dani sighed and unclentched he hand " Sorry" she mumbled while looking down she hoped she didn't hurt his hand or anything Dani sighed and looked up at him she could tell he really needed her to stand by him, she blinked when he asked if she was going to leave him.

" No why would you think that?" Dani asked him kindly she wasn't going to leave him even if his feelings for her had changed than they could at least be friends if his feelings had changed " And I'll understand if your feelings for me changed" Dani added incase they had changed.

Angelus was glad that she was there for him but when he said that Ivano was in Durmstrang he could feel Dani squeeze his hand. Looking down at his hand he could understand.

"Trust me I do not like the fact that he is in Germany, but keep in mind until this year he was in England. He is British thru and thru." Angelus tried to have a small smile.

Angelus could not stand Germany any better than anyone else, and he hated the fact that Ivano was there and not in England with him. But he knew at this point they would not be able to bring him back to Hogwarts. He would be safer there at the moment.

"Well some woman find out something like this and they do not want to get messed up in the drama." Angelus smiled and hugged Dani.

"I love you, and I do not believe my feelings for you will ever change." Angelus had found the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. Angelus kissed Dani, "I want to be with you forever if you will have me."

If Dani stood behind him through all of this, then she was diffidently the woman for him. Most woman would run fast.

Dani saw him try to smile but Dani Sighed and just stared at him " I know but-" Dani said she had never told him why she hated Germany so much she never told him hardly anything she sighed and rubbed her eye's slightly.

" Angelus, I-I need to tell you something" Dani said with a small sigh she had no idea what he was thinking when she said that but she knew what she was going to say, When he hugged her she was a little shocked but she hugged him back and sigh.

" When I tell you, promise me you won't think I'm a freak or someone who's obsessed with revenge" Dani said quietly she knew that's what everyone told her except a few people did Dani sighed and looked at him. " Well I'm not like most women" Dani added with a small laugh.

She heard what he said and smiled than he kissed her and she kissed him back and she released the kiss and smiled " I want to be with you forever, and if you'll have me" Dani said with a small kind smile

Angelus gave Dani a tender smile, "Well all have things in our past that we are not proud of, but I am not planning on going anywhere"

Angelus held onto Dani's hand "I promise you I will not think any different of you, if you promise to always have trust in me that I will always be there for you."

Angelus knew this was a lot he was giving her when he didn't even know what she had to tell him. In his many years Angelus had seen and done many things himself, which is why they wanted him to be minister at one point and he told them no he didn't want the job.

"Well when all is said and done, I guess we will have to go out and you will have to pick out a ring. Because I am not letting you go no matter what." Angelus smiled big and kissed her again.

Dani sighed and looked at him " I'm a telekinetic" Dani said quietly she honestly hadn't told anyone except her boss and he was like her so he understood how scared she was she sighed and blinked slightly.

" I promise to trust that you will alway's be there for me" Dani said with a smile she looked down at their hands and smiled she sighed and looked back up at him, she wondered what was going through his head she shrugged inwardly and stared at their hands.

Dani looked at him when he said for her to pick out a ring, she blinked a few times and was a little confused " A ring?" she asked him she was a little shocked and confused she had no idea what he meant but than she realized what he meant and was a little shock.

Than when he kissed her she kissed him back, she was in love with him and she knew he probably didn't love her after she told him.

Angelus listened very close to what she did and he found it very interesting.

"I find nothing wrong with that power, you can move things with your mind, that can help out with a lot of things" Angelus smiled and then pulled her tight, "Here I thought you were going to tell me you could grow three heads or something"

Angelus just loved this woman and he could care less if she had any weird conditions. He loved her and that was all there was too it.

"Of course a ring, if you want to be with me forever, then the next logical step would be for you to become my wife, if that is what you want?"

Angelus would hope that is what she wanted. He knew that the way he asked was a weird way of asking the woman that he loved to marry him, but that was the mood he was in. When they picked out the ring he would ask her properly.

"Unless you would like me to pick one out for you."

Dani smiled when he didn't think she was weird or a freak she smiled and hugged him tighter " I wouldn't want to grow three heads" Dani said with a small chuckle she honestly thought that'd be a curse she shrugged inwardly and sighed.

Her smiled widened however when he said fo her to be his wife she nodded and Kissed his check " Yes that's what I want" Dani said smiling at him she couldn't help but love him so much more she hugged him she was in love with him there was no other way to put it she had fallen for him.

She smiled at him " Well I'll go with you to pick out a ring, unless you want to go pick out the ring and surprise me?" Dani said with a small chuckle she couldn't help but smile around him he alway's made her smile and that's what she loved about him.

"That would be a lot of kissing if you had three heads." Angelus had to laugh.

Angelus was glad that Dani wanted to be with him forever, so he had decided that we would go an find a ring that would be perfect for her.

Angelus leaned to the back of the couch holding her close, "I shall go tomorrow and decide which one would be perfect for you."

Dani laughed and rolled her eye's she wouldn't Want three heads she smiled at Angelus she was glad he wanted her to be with him forever she smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder.

" That sounds perfect" Dani said while kissing him on the cheek she smiled and sighed " You know, I never thought anyone would love me as I am, and not because of how much money I have and I wanted to thank you for that" Dani said with a small smile.

Angelus smiled at Dani, here he had come over very upset and unsure of himself and in a matter of an hour or two, he had lost track, she had made he feels loads better.

"I suppose it is because I have plenty of my own money, why would I worry about your." Angelus was just telling her the truth, but then even if he didn't have money a man should never use a woman.

Angelus kissed her back and then noticed how late it was, "Here I have kept you up late. Would you mind if I stayed over and just held you for the rest of the night?"

Angelus and her had not done anything yet other then spent time together, he supposed he was afraid to take it to that level yet.

Dani smiled at him and nodded " I wouldn't mind, and I don't think Zephyr would mind either" Dani said with a small laugh she noticed Zephyr was asleep next to the couch she smiled at Zephyr.

Dani heard him talk about money and she nodded it didn't matter how much money someone had; as long as you love them and they love you it shouldn't matter how much money they make.

Dani curled up and smiled at him she wondered if Angelus wanted to meet his son, Dani shrugged inwardly and sighed.

Angelus smiled when she said she would not mind if he stayed and neither would Zephyr.

"But I imagine that the couch is not very comfortable to sleep on." Angelus said and he moved her a little, holding his hand out.

"Why don't we move this to the bedroom. Promise all I want to do is hold you close and sleep."

Angelus was very nervous about everything and he just wanted to be close to something stable and that was Dani.

"I love you"

Dani nodded in agreement the couch wasn't very comfortable she smiled at him " No the couch isn't very comfortable unless you have a serious migraine" Dani said with a small laugh she smiled and took his hand and she walked him toward the bedroom.

Dani giggled when he said all he wanted to do was hold her she smiled " Well at least you're a gentleman" Dani said with a small laugh she walked inside the bedroom and her smile widened when he said he loved her.

Angelus smiled when she told him I love you back. He leaned forward and kissed her.

As she lead him to the bedroom he had to smiled when she commented on him being a gentleman.

"Only around you beautiful." Angelus always tried to be a gentleman to everyone.

"Be right back" Angelus kissed her on the cheek and went into the bedroom to transfigure something for him to wear.

Angelus came back wearing plaid lounge pants and a black t-shirt. Normal he wore only his boxers but they had not gotten to that level and he didn't want her to be uncomfortable.

Dani smiled and kissed him back then she watched him got into the bathroom she smiled and took her bathrobe off and she straightened out her t-shirt and swear pants she smiled and sat down on the bed.

She sighed and closed the bedroom door so Zephyr didn't come in she would normally Let Zephyr sleep in her room but she decided that Angelus might be uncomfortable with that so she just closed the door.

Dani smiled when she saw him come out of the bathroom " Cute" Dani said with a small laugh she couldn't help but laugh he actually was cute she smiled and laid down on the bed.
