Background Information:

Myrtle is a Hogwart's ghost that used to attend the school at the same time that Tom Riddle, or 'Voldemort' did. She was a muggle-born, so when the Chamber of Secrets was opened she was a target. When in the bathroom, she heard a boys voice so she left the toilet to tell them to 'Go away!' when she saw a pair of glowing, yellow eyes and she died. Before that, Myrtle was a Ravenclaw student that was often picked on and teased by the others for her glasses and her strangeness. After her death, she became a ghost to haunt Hogwart's, but mostly Olive Hornby - who had a restraining order put on Myrtle. Annoyed, Myrtle remained at Hogwarts to mope around in her bathroom.
