Seeing that Ivan looked as if he had not meant for it to go as far as it did, Leon sighed a little bit and let some of his anger out with the exhale. He nodded a little bit,

"Alright Ivan, you keep your job." he told the man before his eyes narrowed, "But if you ever do anything that distresses Momo like this then we will be having words. Am I clear?"

As Momo stood up and looked around, Leon was still trying to figure out to what part of the asylum they had actually walked into. He followed Momo's light and saw the words written on the door. His blood ran cold. The labratories had been full of abominations that had once been human beings. If anyone of them still existed then they were all in big trouble. He watched Momo run away and glanced back at the door as a small dent appeared in it as something hit it again. He swore loudly as he took off down the stairs, grabbing onto Momo's hand,

"I know this is hard to believe but you must believe me! This place is not safe!" he told her as there was a deafening smash. If Leon had to guess, the doors had been broken off, "Mein got! Momo! We have to try and get out of here! The experiments here were meant to kill anything that got in their way!"

There was a gutteral groan from down the corridor and Leon glanced down and immediately wished that he hadn't.

Standing there was what once had been a man but now was changed. His skin was black and his eyes were red, continually bleeding with every slow blink. Jutting up through his black skin, at seemingly random intervals, were thick spikes of what appeared to be bone, burnt black and cracked. It was almost naked, if not for the remainds of what appeared to be a surgical outfit worn by doctors. The creature raised a hand, the fingers predominantly claws, and gestured at them with a serated knife of some kind. It was matted with dried blood but it left no doubt that it was still deadly. The creature tried to open it's mouth but couldn't. It couldn't because it's mouth had been crudely stitched shut. All that escaped the stitches was bursts and bubbles of black blood and bile. It let out a terrifying groan of rage and charged towards them, it's top speed a lumbering walk but it was intimidating coming from a seven foot tall monster.

Momo felt her heart race in her chest when Leon-sama grabbed her hand and pulled her further down the stairs, she heard the door smash open and she screamed a little bit, knowing that whatever it was that was there was not going to be anything that would be fluffy and happy.
Catching Ivan's hand she pulled him with her down the stairs and stopped when she reached the bottom.

"W-what do you mean Leon-sama? Y-you told me it was safe here!" she said,

Looking at him as if he had just slapped her around the face, she had trusted him with her life and now it was in danger because of him, she would have never come inside if she knew this was going to happen.
Momo looked up at the stairs where tey had just run from, and she looked at the creature that was coming out of the room.

Unable to form a sound in her throat, Momo was rooted to the spot unable to move, unable to take her eyes from the grotesque figure in front of her.
When it ran at them, Momo gasped and dragged Ivan along with her, him swearing all the way, not liking being at the back by this creature.

Dashing down the way that she had came, back into the lunch room, where she knew was safe, Momo stopped when she reached the door and waited for the others, not wanting to go anywhere alone.
But before they could catch up with her she was flung against the wall by something she couldn't see, and Momo screamed loudly, lashing out at nothing, until her fist connected with what felt like strips of flapping skin.

Leon swore and gripped his wand tighter in his hand. This wasn't supposed to be able to happen! He growled a little bit in frustration as giant footsteps grew louder and closer. He was already cursing himself for not finding out himself just how thorough Raven had been in clearing this place out. He gripped Momo's hand tightly,

"I thought it was safe!" he told her desperately as he thought about how he was going to get Momo out of this one, "God damn Raven! This place was supposed to be safe!"

Leon had stayed behind Momo to give both Momo and Ivan a chance to get away; by being the distraction. Using a light charm, Leon flung the light up against the monster's eyes, blinding it and causing it to flail around blindly. It came towards him, Leon making noise to guide it. When it was getting close enough, Leon rolled to the side and pointed his wand at it,

"Repulso!" he cried out. The spell hit the monster and it staggered backwards. That would have been all if it hadn't been standing at the top of the stairs. It crashed down the stairs, breaking it's neck several times before landing at the bottom. Leon looked down and his eyes widened when the monster began to pull itself up. Gripping his wand, Leon pointed it at the creature, "Destroying the soul... avada kedavra!"

The green spell hit the monster and it slumped over, finally dead. Leon heard Momo scream loudly and rushed towards the lunch hall in time to see another creature crowding towards Momo. It seemed to be a floating human torso and head. The bottom half of the body was missing, only bloody flaps of skin remained. The same was true of the arms past the elbows. The face was mostly it's mouth, half of the head seemed to be a giant mouth, filled with sharp teeth and a long, black, tongue. Acting quickly, Leon banished the thing away from Momo before throwing his container of salt at it. On impact with the salt, the thing shrieked before disappearing. Leon closed and locked the door to the lunch hall before taking both Momo and Ivan into the centre of the room. He began to make a circle out of salt,

"This ring will protect us... nothing dead can cross a ring of salt and they're all very dead." he finished the circle and added more wards, "Now... we need to calm down long enough to be able to disapparate and then this will all be over. Alright?"

Momo felt herself falling to the floor with a thump and she hissed in pain, her face covered in a sort of black liquid and she crawled into the center of the circle that Leon-sama had made.
Hugging her knees, Momo sobbed loudly into her chest, she hated this place.
She hated this place and she hated what was happening to them.

Not caring that there were other people around her Momo still let her emotions out, she couldn't bare to think about what had happened.
About what that thing was that touched her.
About what was now all over her face.

Wiping the odd liquid away Momo sniffled and kept crying, she tried to apparate but she was still too scared, she she pulled Ivan close to her, leaning into his chest and crying onto his shirt.
She didn't want to be around Leon-sama any more.
He had said there were no wraiths and he lied to her.
She wanted to leave before and he made her carry on.

Momo was having a break down and there was nothing he could do about it right now. He couldn't go near her without her flinching and trying to move away. And the thick liquid on her face was something that he just couldn't figure out but he knew that he had to get rid of it. He waved his wand and some of it vanished but not all of it. He had to try and move closer if he wanted to get rid of it and right now she wasn't letting him close.

It hurt how she was moving away from him constantly, not wanting to be near him in anyway. They had been getting so much closer and now they were going to drift apart because of this god damn asylum.

He shuffled a little bit closer and tried again. It seemed to be going well when his magic seemed to start weakening. He frowned a little bit; he needed to help Momo, he couldn't let her down. Not again. He redoubled his efforts but it didn't do anything. Getting annoyed at an odd itch in his left shoulder, Leon reached up and touched something hand and metal. He blinked and looked left.

The knife that the monster had been carrying earlier was buried in his left shoulder.

His eyes widened and he turned round to see the monster from before standing in the doorway, it's head at an unnatural angle. Leon swore both in pain and surprise before picking up a piece of wood and handing it to Ivan and Momo,

"Try and turn it into a portkey!" he instructed the man as he raised his wand again, "Defindo!"

A large gash appeared on the creature's chest before immediately healing over. Gritting his teeth, Leon aimed higher,

"Defindo!" he shouted, firing the spell again. This time the spell cut through the stitches that had been holding the creature's mouth shut. Immediately the creature stopped moving. A blue light began to bubble up out of the creature before it flew up through the ceiling and away. The creature's body began to dissolve. Groaning, Leon turned to Momo,

"Momo... Momo are you hurt?" he grimaced in pain, "Did you get hit or bitten or anything?"

Momo could hear that there was something going on around her but she didn't look up to see what it was, the only thing that she registered was that there was something new coming into the room.
Staying quiet she merely looked up at Ivan as he caught something that the Minister threw him, and was told to turn it into a portkey.

Not turning to look at the Minister, Momo heard that something was going on.
Turning to look, she saw the creature from before, and it was now exuding some sort of blue light.
Blinking a little bit, she only turned herself back to Ivan and watched as he locked eyes with her.

Ivan couldn't believe that this building was so unsafe, and that he had told Momo to come here.
He knelt down and pressed a hand to her cheek, smiling lightly;

"I'm sorry Momo-chan, I truly never meant to harm you, I didn't know how dangerous this place was, can you please forgive m-"he started but he was cut off as she darted forward and kissed him, fluttering his eyes closed, a few seconds later Momo broke off.

Momo didn't know what made her kiss Ivan, she just needed someone to reassure her, and for one time in her life she could say she had a severe dislike for someone.
And that someone was the person she had come to be friends with just minutes before.

"I want to go home."

Leon gritted his teeth against the pain in his shoulder. It felt like there was fire running through his veins. The knife was coated in some kind of... well it was coated with something and it was hurting like hell. He reached up and pulled the knife outt, groaning in pain as it did so. He threw the knife to the ground and knelt there, black liquid was oozing out of the wound and he couldn't stop it.

He turned his head just in time to watch Momo kissing Ivan. Suddenly the pain in his shoulder was nothing compared to the pain in his heart. It felt like his whole world was ending right then and there. He was losing Momo and he thought, though he wasn't sure, that the stuff coating the knife was going to kill him.

Perfect way to end a dreary Sunday.

His left arm wasn't responding anymore, it was slowly turning black and dying off it seemed. He grimaced as he looked at Momo as she tried to curl up against Ivan,

"Momo... I... I didn't know..." he whispered, his voice growing hoarse, "I'm so sorry Momo... I... lo..."

He choked off, having to turn away to cough up black blood onto the ground. As he was trying to pull himself up the room suddenly began to grow colder. A voice rang out that Leon recognised,

"GET OUT OF MY ASYLUM!" the high pitched voice rang out, "NO MINISTRY DOGS IN MY PRECIOUS ASYLUM!"

Leon collapsed onto the floor but still had the energy to talk,

"The doctor is still trapped in his room..." he told Momo and Ivan, "He wants us out... go on. Run."

The blackness was spreading faster now, covering most of his chest and his entire left arm. He could feel his left lung failing. He looked at Momo, his face softening,

"Go Momo-hime." he begged her, "Go now. Please... go and be safe."

Momo blinked and looked at Ivan, and for the first time since she had entered the lunch room for the first time she realised that Leon was in danger.
Despite how she felt about him, he was the Minister for Magic, and she needed to work to save him.
Getting up silently, she grabbed one of his arms the one covered in black and began to pull him out of the room.

Hearing the voice made Momo's eyes widen.
They needed to work faster.
Momo took out her wand, and levitated Leon in mid air, she gripped Ivan's hand and stepped out of the circle.

Closing her eyes and despite feeling hands coming out of the air around her to grab her, Momo kept on running with Ivan at her side and Leon behind her.

As soon as she could see the exit, Momo opened the door and continued running out of the gate, stopping now and sitting on the floor, curling up in a small ball, cancelling out the spell and letting Leon drop to the floor.
Ivan looked at Momo and bit his lip, sitting next to her and stroking her hair.

"Will you take me home, Ivan?" she asked him
"Of course I will, but let's get The Minister to the Medical Team first ja?" he replied with a smile, looking at the Minister with a sad look, he had seen his expression in the Asylum.

"I'm sure that Mr. Becker didn't mean to put you in danger Momo, maybe you should talk to him?" he suggested
"What would I say?" she asked.
