Background Information:

Evangeline was found in the Department of Mysteries at the age of 18 years old, she has not been able to age a day since she had been found although they believe that she had recently been created when she was initially found, now at the age of 18 she has been able to perform some tasks around the Ministry in return for lodgings there, as opposed to just living there for free, which Evangeline always detested. Ever the stubborn character she always liked to pay her own way.

Now she is more drawn to events of death because of the war and spends a lot of time in St Mungo's hospital when she is not working for the Ministry, much to the despair of the healers who work there as her presence tends to upset and distress the people there, as it does to many of the humans that she meets.
