Chrisopher grew up in Bath where he lived in an upper class community with his mother and father, he was Privately Educated until such time he recieved his letter to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, he spent his school years studying hard in the house of Ravenclaw and was always keenly interested in Britian's Ministry and it's state of affairs.

It has taken until now, after the death of the last Minister, for him to finally take up the position, after being almost forced to by the Wizenmagot as after the years of work in the Ministry Liason office, there is no other wizard better suited for the task. He was reluctant to step into the spotlight of the Ministry again however, after the death of his wife due to proximity to the previous Minister.
