Kaspar laughed a little bit and he shook his head, there seemed to be a lull in the attacks anyway, maybe they were thinking of the best way that they could attack them next, why were they still stood here when they could just apparate away?!

"You know I don't have much experience in those sorts of things either, at least we know what to do now, in case we need to defend ourselves from giant spiders again...which I dont think we will." he laughed a little bit, looking around to see what Richard was doing now.

Kaspar was well aware that the man might not take too kindly to them talking about him while he was attempting to fight off giant spiders, however, it was a nice conversation that distracted him from the fact that he might die any second now by a giant spider chopping off his head or eating him or something.

"I think that it might be a bit of both." he whispered back "Hopefully we'll be able to apparate away soon, I feel the need for a stiff drink after all of this, maybe some ice cream for you not the drink." Kaspar smirked lightly the corners of his mouth twitching up.

"Ice cream sounds nice,"Melody agreed.She would have apparated a long time along but she didn't have any pratctice with apparating and she didn't want to leave everyone behind to be eaten.

Kaspar chuckled a little bit at the strangeness of it all. He was talking about ice cream when there were giant, murderous, spiders circling all around them. The surreal nature of it just made him have to chuckle,

"Ice cream always sounds nice." he replied with a light laugh, "Even in the face of danger it would seem!"

"Or especially in the face of danger.I'm not sure what type though I could put several ice cream flavours together in the same bowl but that might not taste good."

Kaspar grinned a little bit and thought that this conversation was especially strange considering where they were while they were having it, he was certain that the danger must be gone now as Richard didn't seem to be giving out any more orders.

With a small sigh he sat down on the ground to rest himself a little bit and he smiled up at Melody, glad of some distracting conversation to the fighting and violence that had just gone on.

"Well, what's your favourite flavour of ice cream? I think that putting all of those flavours in a bowl might make you a little sick, so I wouldn't reccommend it." he grinned.

Kaspar chuckled a little when Melody picked out of all the flavours the one that was perhaps one pf the most boring flavours he found, well, it was better than vanilla but that wasn't saying much really, anything was better than vanilla ice cream, it tasted of nothing and didn't do anything for him.

"Well I don't have a favourite flavour perse, but I enjoy coffee flavoured ice cream when I go out to restaurants and have desserts." he smiled softly, his breath now back, as well as some of his stamina, he cast a sheilding charm around the four of them, hoping that it would further deterr the spiders from attacking.

Kaspar smirked a little bit when Melody said that they were spider proof now, you would have thought that but it seemed as if these spiders were smart suckers and would probably burrow underneath them and come up under the protective layer of the charm.

Tilting his head to one side he looked around the clearing, and he couldn't see anything over the trees, except the dead spiders from all around them.

"They really are starting to reek these guys, and, all this blood is making me a little bit queasy." he muttered honestly, watching one of the spiders legs twitch even though its head was halfway across the clearing "Oh man that's just wrong."
