Duelling Lesson One - Fifth Years
Briony smirked to herself as she sat at the desk in her classroom, she was getting more and more excited about the project that she had been researching, that project of course was something that most people would never dare to think about, let alone even attempt to start doing,
Bridging her fingers together, Briony looked at the entrance to the classroom and she waited for her students to appear, she was not very happy that many of them seemed to think that they could skive off of her lessons, and the next people to do that would recieve an official notice of detention.
They should be glad that it was just a detention as well, Briony could give so much more out, now that she no longer cared about the reaction of the Ministry to her actions.
Scrawled on the board was todays lesson topic;
'Ennervate'

Airen walked to the dueling classroom at a fast pace. Well, it seemed fast to most, but it was just his unusually long stride. He opened the door and walked into the classroom. He felt a little guilty for not being very participative in the lessons, but he decided to do better.
"Good afternoon, Professor," he greeted as he took his seat at the front of the classroom.

Briony sighed when she saw that there was only one person in her class, it was getting to be rather annoying now and she hoped that people would get their asses into touch and start showing up for the classes that she was running.
Otherwise what was the point in her being here in the first place? She would have been better off just staying in bed and having a nice cigarette than getting up for this.
"Hello Airen, nice to see someone still bothers to show up for these lessons." she sighed with an annoyed tone to her voice "Today we are learning about the spell Ennervate, do you know what this spell does, or what it si the counter to?"

Airen sighed disappointedly. Why did no one bother to show up? It wasn't like the class was hard, and it was pretty obvious that the headmistress was getting right ticked off.
"Apologies for my fellow classmates, Professor," he said neutrally, not wanting to show his annoyance. "The spell, Ennervate, is a counter to Stupefy. Like Stupefy stuns or knocks a person unconscious, Ennervate revives them back," he explained.

- May I come in?
Anette was standing near the entarance and looking at the Professor.
- Sorry, I am late, - she added.
She decided not to explain the reasons for being late, because she knew, that sometimes it could irritate people.
Before leaving Slytherin common room Anette had recieved new letter from her secret friend.

Briony nodded her head and she smirked gently, it seemed that Airen was perhaps getting a little bit ticked off with the lack of attendence in the class as well as she was, after all, it was very dissappointing for the boy to have to duel her or a dummy all the time.
"Well done Airen, 10 points to Gryffindor." she stated before he eyes were snapped to the door opening, it seemed that a student had decided to appear and expect to attend her lesson without some sort of punishment.
"You are late Miss White, you have just lost Slytherin 10 points, now get to the front. Airen if you will cast the spell Stupefy that we learn last lessons, then perform the counter, ennervate, the spell is done with a simple flick of the wrist to the left."

Anette was a little bit surprised.
She saw only one student there and Professor's act with taking ten (!!!) points was strange for her.
Anette looked at the boy and was going to greet him somehow, but at the very last moment he changed her mind.
Firstly, he was from Gryffinder and secondly she did not want to loose more points.

Humphrey was running horribly late, and he knew it. He would lose points from Gryffindor because of this, he was sure of it. Walking in, he caught Briony giving Airen points and taking some away from Anette. Taking a seat, he listened to her tell them how to use the spell Ennervate.
Thankfully, he already knew what it was supposed to accomplish. "Sorry I'm late professor, there's no excuse." he told her. Briony was a great teacher, and he really loved her class. This was one he was rarely late for.

Briony's eyes flashed when another student arrived into her lesson late, it was so annoying that they thought that they would be able to shirk her lessons and then just waltz in, well, Airen would be more aggrivated now as he would be loosing the points he had just earnt.
"Humphrey you have just lost Gryffindor house the ten points Airen has just earnt for it, both of you," she growled "Ensure you are on time next lesson or detentions will be enforced."
Waiting for Airen to begin to use the spells on Anette, Briony smirked, folding her arms across his chest, tapping her wand on her palm.

Re: Duelling Lesson One - Fifth Years
Airen sighed dejectedly when the other two students arrived late. He knew that there could be extenuating circumstances, but this time just seemed to be neglegence. Maybe he could be more understanding. He wasn't sure.
He restrained himself from turning and glaring at Humphrey. Sure, he and Airen had come to somewhat of an understanding, but their was still that air of annoyance that seemed accompany Humphrey whenever he was in Airen's presence.
"Yes, ma'am," Airen said simply. He got up and walked up to Annette, who was waiting at the front. He mouthed an apology to her before he whipped out his wand and cast Stupefy with speed. She fell to the ground, out cold.
"Ennervate," Airen said as soon as her body hit the floor, flicking his wrist to the left. He hated dishing out punishment, even if the Professor said so.

Airen, please, do not discribe Anette's action. I have not mentioned, that she was waiting for you or that she was standing "in Front". Sorry.

Re: Duelling Lesson One - Fifth Years
Airen acted in that manner so that the class might actually go ahead somewhere, since you were all late to attend.
Please ensure you post the action that you want your character to complete in your reply, and then include the information that you did not want to have your actions minorly interoperated, as this has stopped the lessons progress since you have not done so, Anette.
--------
Briony looked at the student who seemed to protest when Airen went to cast the spell and her eyes flicked black, lip curling into a snarl, honestly were they really so stupid as to not do the activity after being late? They thought they could dictate what happened.
"You. Slytherin. 10 points from Slytherin for not allowing Airen to complete the exercise, detention also with me, be in my office tonight. Class is dismissed."
