Lesson One - Fourth Years Empty Lesson One - Fourth Years

Post by Darcie Vane Sun Oct 07, 2012 12:51 am

Darcie sat down behind her desk, trying to look as imperious as possible. It was working too, or she thought it was anyway. She wasn't quite about to summon a mirror in front of herself just to check to see if she was giving the right impression to the students, one of a stern professor. Perhaps they already thought that about her but she was not about to leave that up to chance. She was going to do everything she could to look as stern as possible simply because it would be good if she did, the students would pay much more attention with a teacher who looked like she would scold them severely.

With that it mind she cleared her throat and waited for her class to arrive. God she was nervous! She hadn't tried this 'stern teacher' part before and was unsure how successful she'd be.

Lesson One - Fourth Years Empty Re: Lesson One - Fourth Years

Post by Christielle van Gysel Thu Oct 11, 2012 12:01 am

Christi entered the classroom, carrying her bag containing some books that had been stuffed messily in it. She muttered a quick "good morning" to the professor as she sat on her seat and dumped the books on her desk. She fixed them and stuffed it inside her bag once more, making it even messier than it was before, but she closed her bag anyways and waited for class to begin.

And there it was again. Christi had noticed it before, but from another professor. The stern look. Were all the lehrers supposed to be doing that? Christi couldn't really understand why they were doing it, since half the teachers here are real scary, and the nice ones come by rarely.

Lesson One - Fourth Years Empty Re: Lesson One - Fourth Years

Darcie found that the stern teacher look wasn't quite working for her and she pouted a little as she realised that, although it was nice to be able to be friendly with the students instead of stern, most of the teachers acted that way and she always liked to think she was different, since there weren't any new students in her class, why act this way to her friend?

"Hey there Christi, have you had a pleasant holiday?" she asked happily before turning to the board and writing the lesson topic up on it, ready for the class to begin "Now, this lesson we are going to be learning about ya sang, can you tell me anything about it, don't worry if you can't, it's not a very popular art, especially not in this country."
