Lesson One - Sixth Years Empty Lesson One - Sixth Years

Post by Richard Romain Sun Oct 07, 2012 1:51 am

Richard frowned a little bit as he sat down behind his desk, trailing his fingers along the wood to feel it, to admire the tecture of it. There were a few marks on the wood that he didn't actually recognise. Perhaps the clearner had hit it when working during the summer? He didn't much care though. The marks would add character to it, making the whole desk more of a part of the room than a piece of frunature.

He chuckled lightly to himself as he moved round to sit in his chair, resting his arms on the desk itself.

Humphrey walked into transfiguration, not surprised to be the first one there. He took a seat at the front and began to take out his things. It felt good to be back at Hogwarts, he always missed this place when he was gone. Hogwarts had become a home to him over the years, he loved it.

"Morning professor, how was your summer?" he asked Professor Romain. Their transfiguration teacher seemed to be in a fairly good mood today.

Lesson One - Sixth Years Empty Re: Lesson One - Sixth Years

Post by Charlotte Smith Wed Oct 10, 2012 12:01 am

Charlotte wandered into the classroom her mind was full of excitement for the wedding that she was going to in the Spring, she had only ever been to Richard and Briony's wedding before and she didn't know if this was going to be able to top their wedding, it had been amazing when she had gone after all.

With a small smile on her lips she sat down on the normal seat she took and placed her things out on the table, ready to begin the lesson, looking up at the board she saw the lesson topic and she smiled lightly again, this certainly would prove to be an interesting lesson today.

Smiling a little at the professor she leafed through her textbook.

Richard nodded to both Charlotte and Humphrey. They were two of his best students and were both likely to win their houses a lot of points within this lesson,

"Let's have a small quiz for our first lesson back then shall we?" he offered with a small grin, "Let's start off small. Five points to whoever can tell me how many elements there are."
