The Master had been going to every hang out for those who would be interested in his campaign of conquest and murder. He chuckled a little bit. Of course that was how his opponents would see it. He saw it as neccessary evils in order to set the world right again. It would belong to him, the world, and when it did he would end it's problems. Because the people would love him but, more importantly, the people would obey him.

Taking a deep breath he laughed a little bit, savouring the idea alone. He was The Master and it was only a matter of time before the world would either bow down to him and his wishes or die at his hands. After all, if The Master couldn't control the world then he would destroy it and make a new one. One which would follow his commands to the letter.
