Jaqui could feel the blush on her cheeks burn brightly as she twirled a lock of her hair around her finger nervously. "Er- well..." Jaqui wasn't sure how to describe it, for she'd never felt it. She felt... safe, content and a strange emotion that she couldn't quite describe.

"Im not sure. I don't really know zem, I 'ave never 'ad a friend or any of zat so I am not sure what zis is. Eet ees strange but, I feel safe, content, and something else zat I cannot explain. Eet ees so strange, ees et not? To 'ave a feeling of safeness in ze arms of a vampire!" Jaqui smiled at him.

When he explained to her that he would never physically age, she nodded her head in understanding, but felt a twinge in her stomach at the thought. "Zat ees most un-fortunate, to always live in ze world as an 18 year old. I am 21 myself, and I find ze prospect of aging physically and mentally exciting," Jaqui said sadly, sad for he could never physically grow. "But at least you shall always be 'andsome," she said playfully.

Vierdos sighed it seemed that she may actually love him he had heard of love and new that it could do weird things to a person's emotions. "It seems to me that you might of fallen in love with me. Though I can never show emotions at all I have heard of love and how it can do weird things to a person both physically and emotionally."

He was not sure if he wanted her to love him or not. The possibility of being loved meant a lot to him but he did not want to put her in danger he did not want his mistress to find out about her and hurt Jacqui or worse yet have him hurt her if he was worng about her then she could be in real danger just being close to him but he could not let her go not yet at least.

She heard Vierdos sigh and looked at him curiously, before her eyes widened in surprise at his suggestion that she had fallen in love with him. She did feel it, but she felt as if she must deny it. "Of course I 'ave not! I just..." She paused and searched for the right words. "Feel as if I 'ave become friends with you and I 'ave never 'ad a friend ees all," she said defiantly.

She looked into his eyes and saw the conflict within them and felt the conflict within herself. Was she falling for him? Could she fall for someone that is so dangerous? Would his mistress hurt him if she found out that she was conversing with him? Worry filled her as she very tenderly placed her hand on the side of his face and smiled softly.

"Vierdos, I do not wish zis mistress of yours to 'urt you. Should I leave?"

No don't leave! I mean unless you must. He ws not shure what he was doing but he did not want her to leave he wanted her to remain close to his side he did not care what his mistress thought as long as he was with her he felt completely different than his when he was with his mistress.

I mean i don't want you to leave or worry to much about me I have always taken care of myself through her punishments. In fact at the moment I am off food for a whole month anyways i can last quite a while though.

Jaqui raised an eyebrow when he pretty much shouted at her not to leave, before he quickly amended. She felt her heart flutter as he stared at her, and she felt so worried for his welfare. This mistress of his was horrible, not allowing him to eat for a whole month!

"But you must be 'ungry!" Jaqui went to offer him some food when she remembered that he did not eat her kind of food. "Vierdos," she said quietly, dropping her eyes to the ground as she shuffled her feet. "What do you eat?"

He knew the question would come up most people wondered what eactly vampires ate they were just a curious bunch. What I eat is what runs through your very veins. Blood is what I eat what I crave what keeps me alive. He hoped that he did not scare her with that answer but it was the truth however he did not crave her blood he wanted her to remain alive she was special to him and he was not ready to lose her.

'What can I do if she is scared of me now there is no way I change myself back i am made to be this way forever now no turning back.'

Jaqui had of course already known the answer before it left his lips, but she had hoped there were other things that he could feast upon. She nodded at what he said and sighed.

"Do you crave mine blood, Vierdos?" This was the question she had truly wanted to ask, for she felt as if the answer was of utmost importance and she raised her head to look into his eyes, no fear in hers for she felt no fear, only sadness at his fate.

Was she really asking if he craved her blood well he sort of did but not enough to hur her however honestly he did not crave her blood."For some reason I do not crave your blood though I think it is because of the fact that I want to keep you alive more than anything. Oh and I shall not let my mistress harm you even if it means I have to give up what little life I have since I am basicly dead already.

How was he suppose to show her that he did not want her blood however if she was to offer it he was not sure if he could hold back for his mistress would not know what he was doing while she was around.

Jaqui felt the ghost of a smile at what he told her, that he would not let his mistress harm her. Being the over-perceptive type, Jaqui noticed the way his eyes darkened with bloodlust- possibly because he was so hungry if he had not drunk for a month.

Hesitantly, Jaqui stepped back and held out her arm for him, trailing her finger over the vein on it. "Are you 'ungry?" She asked softly, frightened slightly by the idea of offering him her blood but wanting to help him.

Of course I am but don't do anything stupid I can hold out a little longer still I have gone a year with out blood before. He was not sure if he could hold himselft back and just take what was needed from her and that she could still stay alive there was the possibilties but he was never able to keep his host alive the always ended up dieing because he took to much blood out of them.

"I mean none of my victims lets call them that have ever surrived me drinking their blood because I can't stop myself at the right point that they will continue living which is why I do not want your blood."

Jaqui clucked her tongue at his refusal to drink her blood. "Then I shall die, just drink," she snapped impatiently. She wasn't sure why she wanted him to do this, but she realised it would make her feel better to know that he was not starving, for in these few minutes he had become special and meaningful to her, and she did not wish him to be pained.

Sensing his hesitance, still, she reached into her bag and retrieved a pin. She pricked her arm with it before placing it back in her bag and offering her arm to him again, a light bead of blood already forming where she had pricked her skin.

'What is she doing?' Vierdos thought when he saw the pin but then he realised when he smelt and saw the blood he could not hold himself back this time she had done it he grabbed the arm and licked at the blood before sinking his fangs into it. The tasted of blood kept him wanting more but he only lingered for a few seconds before he forced himself to stop he was not going to kill and he hopped that he had not gone to far.

After he was done he sat on the ground and waited to see if she was stilll alive or if he had indeed killed her. He was not sure what to do she just sacrifised herself so that he could eat she was both stupid and a little crazy or maybe she just cared for him and did not want him to be hungry what ever the case he hoped that he was right and his mistress could not see or sense what just happened for is she did both of them could be in grave danger him most of all. Since he disobeyed a direct order.

Jaqui watched as the fight left his eyes and he licked the blood away, before feeling the sharp sting of his teeth sticking inside of her. She felt better at first, knowing he would not be hungry now but started to panic as she saw her arm go pale, and slowly felt herself becoming dizzy. "Vierdos," she breathed, to weak to raise her voice. "Stop." She realised it had been foolish to sacrifice herself, he wouldn't be able to stop.

Which was why she was most surprised when he did. He had drained enough blood to make her dizzy, but not enough to kill or knock her out. She swayed slightly, struggling to keep her balance before she fell forwards and on top of him. "Sorry," she muttered, clutching her head as the world span. "Feel better, now?" She asked weakly.

Vierdos was a little surprised to see that she was still alive maybe it was the idea that he needed her that made him more careful when he was drinking her blood. He reached out when he saw her starting to fall and guided herr down to his lap so that she would not hit the hard packed earth.

Yes I do feel a little better I guess a thanks is in order even though I have gone against my mistress' orders."

Jaqui waited for the world to stop spinning before she could comprehend what he had said. She leant her back against him as she blinked rapidly. "You're welcome. Why isn't your mistress letting you... drink?" Jaqui was confused. Was his mistress trying to starve him or something?

So far, Jaqui had concluded that Vierdos' mistress was; Nasty, cruel, vicious, controlling and downright creepy- especially the fact that she could control him in his head. That would scare her to no end. She rested her head on his shoulder, letting her eyes shut tiredly. Her sacrifice made her feel better but worse. Better because he wasn't hungry and she had done something nice for him. Worse because she now felt so very, very tired and weak. And she did not wish to look so weak in front of him, but what choice did she have?

Vierdos let her lean on him he knew that she needed to gain back her strength because he did take a lot of blood from her but not as much as he would normally take to make a full meal for himself.

"She wanted me to kill a muggle with out any cause I could not bring myself to do it. So thus she is punishing me for my disobediance. And lack of confidence in her choices as she describes it. I am not a murder well I am but I only do it unless I am hungry and I never mean to kill them I just like I said earlier have a hard time stopping myself."

Jaqui felt incredibly rude and ashamed of how vulnerable and weak she was acting, but she was so tired and exhausted and... drained. She llistened as he explained how he refused to kill a muggle for no reason, and a smile graced her lips. He wasn't a killer, he only did what he had to do to survive, and it was honorable and brave of him to stand up to such a horrid sounding woman.

"You are very, dare I say, kind for one of your kind. Eet ees honorable of you to not kill just for ze pleasure of killing," Jaqui told him in a strained tone, eyes kept shut as she breathed evenly.

'Hmm what can I do for her?' Vierdos did not like to see her like this for it meant that he hurt her and he hated that but he remembered something that might work but he did not have it with him but he wondered if she had it in her bag something with lots of sugar in it or just something to eat might make her feel better.

"Do have any snacks in your bag? If you do I suggest you eat some it might bring your blood pressure back to normal. And thank you for thinking that way."

"Of course I 'ave snacks!" She was delighted by his idea, and eagerly pulled out a bar of chocolate. She opened the wrapper and consumed it, before leaning into him again and waiting for the sugar of the chocolate to settle in.

She was comfortable resting against him, and she felt very safe. She was glad that she might be able to break his mistress hold on him, for that meant that she could spend more time with him and the thought of having someone to actually spend time with was a welcome one.

"Thanks," Jaqui said to him.

He smiled and let his head rest on top of hers as she held his hand he would remain with her for a little longer but would not forget her but it was getting late and she should probably get some rest. Maybe he would walk her to a hotel the only time that he would be able to go out side was coming up and he would love to show her more about his life.

Do you have a place to spend the night? It is getting late. I will actually be able to leave this cave soon and go out doors." He loved the world at night when most people slept it ws quiet and he liked it.

Jaqui looked up when he asked her if she had a place to stay, and she shook her head, looking outside to see the rapidly darkening sky. "Ooft. I was going to floo back to Britain. I should probably leave soon, eef I want to get back to Britain. Will I see you again?" Jaqui asked hopefully.

If she wasn't to see him again, she would've been most saddened.

You will most likely see me again. If you would like I can fly back with you?"He really did not like the idea of her flying home alone in the dark. And would accompany her even if she refussed for he knew the skies at night.

The skies can be rather dangerous at night if you have never flied during the hours. I am all ways in the sky at night for I feel free when I fly it is also the main time that I would eat if I was allowed.

Jaqui held back a smile at his offer to go with her, but kept her face stern. She shook her head in the negative. "I am fine, eet ees fine. Until we see each other next," she stood up, still feeling a bit drained from her sacrifice, but she stood up tall and curtseyed to him politely.

"Goodbye, Vierdos," she said with a soft smile, before getting out her wand. She knew he would think she might hex him for a second, but that was not the case. She merely needed her wand out to apparate, and so she flicked it and turned on the spot, and with a loud crack she had vanished.
