Surprise Visit (Zara and Xander)

Zara had always been curious about the Whomping Willow. She'd never actually been there before. She had only seen that big tree from a distance.

She stood a fair distance away from the tree, admiring it. Despite the fact that it could probably kill someone, she thought it was really cool. Maybe a little bit closer.

She was dying to get close to it. She slowly lifted one foot and took a step forward. A few leaves crunched under her foot as she took another step towards it. She seemed to have disturbed the tree a bit. A few of it's branches flinched, as if it had just been woken up. Feeling as though she may have angered it, she took a few steps back.

Xander had all the time in the world to do whatever he liked, or so he felt. So Naturally he was outside where he liked it best and had room to breath. The full moon was fast approaching and no matter how trapped the classrooms felt regularly it was maddening to the point of death as the wolf within stirred in the reassess of his mind. As he walked down towards the lake the grass felt insidiously soft beneath his feet. Looking back he noted that it was, indeed, so much so that he may as well have been walking in snow; for there leading down from the castle to him were perfect converse size eight impressions a brighter green then the rest. He crouched down and poised his camera at the Xander tracks *click*

He smiled. Turning back to the task at hand he looked towards the tree line he'd been hoping to catch a glimpse of the mermaids and photograph them as best he could, but something made him stop, held him where he stood. There, standing before the Whomping Willow was beautiful, perfect, lovely Zara with her purple streaked hair. He repositioned the camera to his eye, *click* Walking closer he was captivated by the way the wind caught her hair suddenly, *click* He brows knit together slightly as the tree began to bend, against the wind.

Zara watched as the tree swayed with the wind. She wanted to get closer to it so bad, but she knew she would get badly hurt if she did.

A crunch of leaves behind her caught her attention. Here's trouble. She then heard a "click" of a camera. She knew who it was and she laughed a little bit.

Turning around, she saw Xander. She smiled at him. "We meet again." she giggled.
