DADA lesson 2, year 3
Lucia walked into her classroom and over to her desk, having opened the door so students could enter now. She leaned against the desk, wondering how this lesson would go. Last lesson had been rather unefficient, but this one was going to be better. She turned towards the blackboard and waved her wand, the word 'Flipendo' reading upon it in white chalk.
She then waited for the class to assemble, her eyes drifting to the five boxes stabled in the corner, which made a pretty repelling sound.

Tess was walking in and once she looked in, she realized that no one was in the room except for Professor Henly. She let out a small smile and murmured a hello and sat down in her usual spot. She opened her notebook and took out a quill ready to write. She realized that it was "Flipendo" and she opened the textbook to keep ready.

Airen strolled into the classroom. He looked around and saw that he was only the second person in the classroom. He gave a small smile to Tess as he took his seat at the front in his usual spot. He looked at the board and read the spell.
"Good afternoon, Professor," he greeted, his Italian accent still strong. He flipped idly through his textbook, one page at a time. He arrived at the page for the spell and began to read.

Parker made his way down the hall to the classroom, he was glad for this class, along with potions. The subjects and professors perhaps being his favorite, they were able to get his mind off things. He sighed as he walked in though, telling himself just to get through the lessons and break would come soon enough.
He sat a few rows back from the front giving a small smile to the professor before looking down and digging through his bag for his book which Tess and Airen had gotten out.

Charlotte was worried that she was going to be late to the lesson, so she hurried up from her common room to get there, but when she arrived it hadn't even started. Humming a little, Charlotte decided to just take this as a mixed blessing and sat down in her seat, taking out her textbook and beginning to look over it like the others were doing, sending a smile to Airen, who like usual was sitting next to her.

Zara walked into her DaDa classroom and sat down at a desk in the middle of the classroom. She noticed the spell written on the board and got her text book out. She flipped through the pages until she found the section on the "Flipendo" spell.

Haley practically ran into the DaDA classroom, feeling so slacky for not having gotten here earlier, but she was beyond relieved when she noticed that the class had yet to start. She saw Parker, Tess, Airen, Charlotte and Zara was already there, and she made her way up to the front, sitting down next to Tess with a smile to her.

Lucia didn't know what had happened. The clock had just zoomed by them. "All right class, this will happen quickly so pay attention," she said calmly.
She pointed to the five boxes. "Inside these boxes is a species called firecrabs. They are very angry creatures who feels threatened by humans if they're fifty feet away. You won't be getting that far away in this classroom. They blast out a fiery gas from their... am I allowed to say ass here? Well, their backside. So, the spell is, as you can see 'Flipendo'. This spell is relatively simple. The wand movement is a horizontal line from the left, with a slight bow down and up again," she said calmly, and demonstrated it, "But remember to stop on time when your wand is pointed at your target and not point it at someone who happens to be your classmate."
She turned to the boxes. "Rise up everyone. Now, do you see the holes in the wall over there? There are five of them. You are supposed to navigate the firecrab to fall into that hole. That is where the spell comes in. It's affect, as some of you might have read already, is to flip over things, in this case, the crab, so it will turn over on its back, and you keep using the spell until you get it into the hole, all right?" she asked them calmly.
"Now, as there are six of you, two of you will have to pair up on one crab, and to make it easy, I say that Mr. Auditorien and Ms. Smith, Charlotte, that is, pairs up and works together to get the crab out of the classroom," Lucia said calmly.
"I will be making sure no one of you is hit by the firecrabs fiery gas," she said with a smile.
"Begin," she said, leaning back at the desk and making sure no one would be hit.
