Dead or Alive (Open)

Juliet had just escaped her captor and was on her way to locate her younger brother however she was weak and injured from her time in captivity. She tripped over a log that was by the Kristall Karimrot and fell with hitting her face against the ground. She was too weak to pull herself up so she just began to crawl to the water's edge hoping that someone would find her and help her.

Finally all the remainder of her energy was used up and she just let herself lay there at the water's edge feeling the coolness of it as it brushed over her body still holding on to the hope that someone would find her before it was too late. She knew that she could not go on her own or move away from the water. 'I guess this might be how I die.' She thought to herself.

Jonathan was not sure what was bothering him, besides the fact he felt completely alone at the moment. He felt like taking a walk out by the crystal lake, he had been really missing his best friend. He had gotten her back just to loose her again and it hadn't been fair.

He had been keeping an eye after Terry for her, but what Jon did not understand was way she left, she just up and disappeared. He realized that today it had been a year since he had seen her. No one could find her she just vanished into thin air.

He was walking along the crystal lake and as he was walking he noticed something that looked like a body laying by the lake. He ran over to the body hoping that the person was ok.

Reaching the person he rolled them over and too his surprised he found it to be Juliet.

"Juliet, Juliet can you hear me" Jon was brushing her hair away from her face. 'God please let her be ok'

Jon picked her up and cradled her in his arms, he was not thinking very well at the moment. He had lost her twice already and was afraid he had lost her for a third time.

He pulled out his wand and conjured a pepper up potion and poured it down her throat. He knew it wouldn't be a complete fix but maybe it would help.

"Juliet please come back to me." Jonathan was pleading

Juliet felt someone holding her and tried to make out what they were saying. Before she knew what was happening something was being poured down her throat. Feeling some of her strength return Juliet opened her eyes to see Jon looking down at her she tried to smile a little but did not know how much she could muster for him she had seen so many things that a person wouldn't want to see.

"Jon, is that really you?" She asked for she was not sure if it was him or if someone was playing a mean trick on her. She moaned slightly as she sat up there was no need for her to continue laying in his arms.

Jon had to smile when she asked if it was him, "Yes it is me." Jon was so excited that he had Juliet back. When she went to sit up he almost didn't want to let her go.

Jonathan let her set up but he could not seem to let her hand go, it was almost like he was afraid that she would fanish again.

"What happened? Where have you been?" Jonathan had to hug her, almost to reafirm to himself that she was there.

Juliet sighed she knew that she should tell him but she didn't know where to start or what exactly she should tell him.

"Well I guess for starters I was captured because someone thought that I could be a spy. I just barely escaped actually." She stopped and looked down her hair that once was past her shoulders, was now just barely touching them since they shaved her head and then let it grow back and it was taking a painfully slow time growing back because of the lack of good nutrition.

"I was tortured a lot as they were trying to get me to admit that I was a spy but I refused to give in but I doubt that I would be excepted back into spying so I am not going to bother." She sighed again and reached up and brushed her hand across his face.

Jonathan could not believe the things she was telling him, he almost felt guilty.

"Who did they want you to be a spy for?" Why would they do that to her, he was the one that was already a spy for England not that any one really knew that,

"I am really sorry that you had to go through all of that Juls" He just wanted to hold her and never let her out of his site again.

Jonathan knew that so many things had changed in the year she had been gone, but he missed her and she was back.

"Well if it means anything Terry and I have missed you. He pretty well locked himself in his room writing letters to his girlfriend when he wasn't at school."
