Loneliness (James and Raziel) Empty Loneliness (James and Raziel)

Post by Raziel Ciero Sun May 13, 2012 7:36 am

Raziel bit her lip, she had thought that it would have been simple to stop thinking about her little friend, James, perhaps it was because he was more than just a friend to her, she believed that in his absence she had grown more and more fond of him, and that she was beginning to neglect her duties to her club and to her clients because of said feelings that she was developing.

Sighing she looked over some of the numbers, they were good, still solidly beating their rivals from all areas although that meant that she was probably in more danger than ever, and she wasn't sure that all assassins would wait around for her to make a counter offer like Cobalt had done.

In a way she was glad that James had not gotten messed up in her rather...sinister business. Raziel really needed to speak to someone she trusted, things were all gathering on top of her and she needed someone to let it all out on, however selfish that might be. Placing her head in her arms on her desk, Raziel sobbed quietly, she missed Lucian, her heart had been through so much she wondered if it could take any more, and she had enough.

Loneliness (James and Raziel) Empty Re: Loneliness (James and Raziel)

Post by James Brunel Sun May 13, 2012 7:44 am

James hadn't been to Raziel's club for quite awhile now, he hadn't seen her for almost as long either. But he'd been thinking about her more and more as the time dragged out. As he'd explained to Mia when they'd talked, he loved her, he was sure that he loved Raziel but he wasn't sure that she loved him. Either way he'd decided that he'd learn nothing just sat on the side lines and he had to get back into her life, be there for here whenever she needed him.

Knocking on her office door, he opened it slowly and stuck his head round the door with a small, sheepish, smile. But the smile faded when he saw what kind of state she was in. Moving into the office, he closed the door behind him and held up the dozen white roses he'd brought for her,

"I didn't know what type of flowers you liked but I had to find some way of appologising for not coming to see you as often as I should have." he told her, setting the flowers down on her desk where the rubber band turned into a vase with water, the flowers already in it. He moved round to Raziel's side of the desk and wrapped her up in a tight hug, "I've missed you Raziel... now tell me what's wrong Raz. Let me see if I can't help you alright?"

Loneliness (James and Raziel) Empty Re: Loneliness (James and Raziel)

Raziel looked up from her curled up self, she wiped frantically at her eyes and blinked away the rest of her tears, it would just do no good to have James see her in such a state, it was something that would make her seem like a sort of lunatic, and it would definately not make her look attractive. With a smile on her lips, Raziel looked at the white roses, smelling them with a happy sigh.

She had not recieved flowers in about five decades, she was very happy to have that trend broken, as she did so love flowers, and she was a little bit put out that she didn't really get them all that often. Chuckling lightly she shook her head, sending her blonde curls bouncing slightly;

"You would have done better to bring a bottle of rum and vodka, but thank you for the flowers, I do like white roses very much." she added, a soft smile on her lips.

Blinking away fresh tears, Raziel wrapped her arms around James, smoothing out her shorts and her shirt as she stood up from her seat, making him stand up with her so that they could hug more easily together.

"I missed you too Mr. Stranger, I had begun to forget what you looked like." she teased "Ah that was nothing, just a temporary little lapse. How have you been?"

James watched as Raziel frantically tried to cover up any and all evidence that she had been crying, something which was still painfully obvious to him due to her redden eyes. It wasn't a problem to him. It made her seem more real, less of the perfect woman she was so often seen as but at the lovely woman she was underneath her mask of perfection. Seeing that she was pleased with the flowers he smiled happily, glad that she liked them. He chuckled a little bit and pulled a bottle of vodka out from a pocket with an extension charm on it,

"Well I know you well enough that I covered my bases and got you two things." he told her with a smirk before it turned to a genuine smile and he kissed her lightly on the cheek, "I really have missed you Raziel."

Hugging Raziel tightly to him as she stands to that they can hold each other better he chuckles a little bit and blushes, scratching the back of his head sheepishly,

"Sorry I was away for so long Raziel... I guess I was a little bit afraid." he smiled a little bit wider and kissed her gently on the lips, "But not anymore. I'm here for you if you need me though Raziel. I've been doing a lot of thinking and I realised that I just had to tell you something..."

He blushed a bit brighter before leaning closer to her in the hug,

"I... I love you..." he told her quietly, blushing madly, "I needed some time to be sure but now I am. I love you Raziel Ciero."

Raziel's eyes lit up when she saw James produce the bottle of vodka, she couldn't help but think that although this action of giving her vodka to get drunk with was not cute, the fact that he had thought of her enough to get her two things, was in itself adorable and she couldn't stop herself from giving him a light peck on the lips as a reward.

"Thank you James, you know exactly how to make me feel better, it's part of the reason I was upset actually, I have to say I missed you too, you little cutie." she smiled gently, raking her hands through James' hair as she tried to calm herself down internally.

When he said that he was a little bit afraid, Raziel wondered if he knew what she was, but then, as he continued, Raziel couldn't help but think that this was going to be something that she would either relish in, the chance to love again, or regret when she was hurt like she always seemed to be when things were getting serious.

Opening her mouth in disbelief, Raziel let it turn into a small smile, which in turn grew into a larger one;

"You love me?" she asked "You mean it? Because, I think that I might just love you too James."

James had racked his brain in order to remember exactly what Raziel liked and what she would like best to accept as a gift. Flowers hadn't come to mind from anything she'd ever told him in the past but he needed something to help show her that he did love her, very much so. He smiled when he received a peck on the lips,

"It was my pleasure Raziel." he told her with a smile before blushing a little bit, "Ah I'm not that cute... definately not cute enough for it to be a nickname I don't think."

He had been so afraid of telling Raziel how he felt about her because, for the life of him, he hadn't been able to come up with a single reason why she would, or even could, love him back in the same way he loved her. But when her smile grew he couldn't stop his heart from fluttering with hope,

"I love you Raziel!" he declared more firmly this time before his own smile threatened to grow as wide as was physically possible, "You love me too? Oh this is perfect! I love you and you love me!"

Loneliness (James and Raziel) Empty Re: Loneliness (James and Raziel)

Post by Raziel Ciero Tue May 15, 2012 6:18 pm

Raziel had thought that there was something between the two of them when they had been together for that first time, a few months back now, almost a year, and it had taken this long for her to be able to come to terms and accept her feelings, which were generated unusually fast for her.

"I think differently." she smirked "And let's not pretend that I'm not the one wearing the trousers in this relationship. So what I say goes...cutie."

When James' smile grew more, Raziel thought that maybe it would be different to the other times that she had felt something for a man, maybe she would be able to settle down with James, for real this time.

"How convenient wouldn't you say?" she smiled "It's only taken us about a year to be able to say that we love each other, which isn't too bad for someone like me, and someone as shy as you."

Loneliness (James and Raziel) Empty Re: Loneliness (James and Raziel)

James had been feeling things for Raziel since he met her, quite a long time ago but he'd told himself that the feelings were nothing. As it became increasingly obvious that the feelings were something, he thought that there was no way that she could ever accept them. Right up until she told him, he'd kept believing that,

"Really? I think you tend to look better in skirts than trousers... you're legs seem to go on forever." he teased her, blushing even as he did so, "But if you say so Raz."

James was happier than he'd been in months when Raziel told him that she loved him. All that time of convincing himself that she couldn't love him, all of it was proven wrong and he could not have been happier with that fact,

"Yeah... and some people never get to say it at all in their lifetimes." he agreed with a smile, "We're terribly lucky. I'm incredibly lucky to have you love me as I love you Raziel... I love you so much."

Raziel smirked a little, a lot had changed in the past few months, James seemed to be getting more and more bold and it was a little strange for her, however she could not help but think that it might be a good thing, but then...she would miss her innocent boy.

"You think so hmmm?" she winked "Well you wouldn't be the first, or the last, but I suppose these legs belong to you and only you now, they have for a while, gave up sittings myself you see." Raziel smiled gently.

When James told her that some people never get to say it in their lifetimes, Raziel giggled a little bit and she shook her head, running her hand through her blonde hair;

"I'll have you know i've said it twice now, but only one of those people actually derserve those words...and that person is you." she smiled softly.

James seemed a lot more confident on the outside now, he teased people back now for example, but on the inside he was just as painfully shy as he had always been. Even now he was just barely holding back a nuclear-level blush to the slight red tint his cheeks had now,

"Uhuh..." he said, unable to trust his voice as his cheeks reddened further, "S-so I'm the only one who gets to look at your beautiful legs? And... the rest of your beautiful self?"

He blushed brightly as soon as he was finished answering. Seemed that his confidence had it's limits and he'd reached them already. He smiled happily even as the blush remained painted on his cheeks,

"I'm glad that you think so." he told her quietly before smiling as his blush reached nuclear levels, "I... I've only said it once... and I'll only ever say it to you Raziel..."

Raziel couldn't help but chuckle a little bit, it seemed as if James wasn't as confident as he appeared to be it was something that she was glad of when she thought about it, it was one of his main characteristics and she hoped that he would always stay this way.

"Uh-huh, that's exactly what I'm saying James, and are you happy to have such a body belonging to you?" she asked with a smirk, "Of course your body belongs to me too."

When James told her that she was the only person he would say it too, Raziel was both reminded of the way that she would have to leave him one day, when he died, as she would not be able to have a normal human life...never.

"That makes me feel so special..." she smiled gently "I'm sorry I am not able to do the same in return for you although I am a fair bit older than you."

James blushed a little bit more, even though he'd been very sure that it wasn't entirely possible to do so. Her chuckle could still make him blush with just the sound of it, let alone the context. Especially when the context as it was now was him,

"T-thank you so much Raziel... I am very pleased... I can't put it into words just how happy I am at that news..." he told her with a fierce blush, "I am happy that it does... I wouldn't have it any other way..."

James' blush died a little bit as the topic became slightly more serious. He had thought about it long and hard and Raziel was right. She would live long after he died. He took her hand gently in his,

"Raziel... I promise to love you..." he took a deep breath and looked into her eyes, "Beyond my life's end... Even after my body dies, I will love you... my spirit will love you forever..."

Raziel smirked a little bit wider seeing James' blush, it was so cute, she really wanted to make him have the nuclear level blush that she really enjoyed seeing grace his face. She was sure later tonight she would be able to elicit this reaction from him...in different ways.

"I wouldn't have it any other way either, although it has seriously damaged my business now that I'm no longer available, you bad boy, how on Earth do you plan to make it up to me?" she asked, fluttering her eyelashes.

When he held her hand, looked in her eye and promised to her that he would always love her after his death, Raziel coughed and blinked her eyes rapidly, she hoped that he would not see her eyes beginning to water with a few tears.

"Ehem, well thank you James, although I admit I will probably be with you in spirit not long after you die..." she smiled gently "Not unless you can stay with me."

James knew that the one person who was always able to make him blush incredibly amounts was Raziel and that if she wanted to she could have him blushing almost all day. He wasn't entirely sure that she wouldn't do that either,

"It has?" he blushed a little bit before looking her up and down quickly. He was probably caught though so he blushed more, "Well... I'm sure that you can... take some... reparations from me. I think we'd both like that very much."

James noticed that when Raziel coughed she hide her eyes. Considering the tough outer shell she put up against the world he was sure that this meant she was almost in tears. He gave her hand a reassuring squeeze,

"If there is a way for me to stay with you forever..." he smiled and kissed her gently on the lips, "I will find it Raziel."

Raziel was happy that she was going to be able to finally find someone that would be faithful to her, she knew that James would be, he would blush simply at the idea of having a threesome with another woman and his morals, she knew, would prevent him from being with another.

"What kind of reparations?" she asked teasingly "Make me an offer I can't refuse James."

Feeling him squeezing her hand, Raziel smiled gently and squeezed him back, it was reassuring to have someone else with her. Picking up some business papers she threw them to one side and chuckled;

"Let's put business to one side for now, do you fancy going upstairs, its just more comfortable up there than here in this office, we could...watch something like a film." Raziel suggested, actually serious, and there was no double entendre behind her words.
