Lesson 4: Third Years Empty Lesson 4: Third Years

Eleri was slightly nervous about the charm she was going to teach the students, there was the potential for causing havoc with this one and she didn't want them to use it improperly.

Lesson 4: Third Years Empty Re: Lesson 4: Third Years

Post by Lucian Ciero Wed May 30, 2012 9:47 pm

Lucian walked into the lesson, he was just wanting to go home and see his sister Raziel now, the end of term was so near, and he was more than a little annoyed that his apprenticeship had been almost useless because the only thing they had done together was argue over his runic tattoo's.

Sighing he looked at the other students in the lesson and greeted them all with a customary;

"Yo."

Lesson 4: Third Years Empty Re: Lesson 4: Third Years

Post by Vladimir Wazowski Wed May 30, 2012 9:57 pm

Vladimir walked into the lesson, he had been looking forward to the last lessons of the year most of the time they were funner than the others and he hoped that it was going to be as he had thought, but he never knew with the Professors in Durmstrang, most of them were moody and seemed as if they didn't want to be here.

Sighing lightly he smiled at the Professor and the other classmates, and wondered what they were going to be able to to this lesson. Hopefully it would be something interesting.

Lesson 4: Third Years Empty Re: Lesson 4: Third Years

As soon as some of her students entered the room she smiled at them.
"Hey, I hope that even though this is the last lesson before the holidays that you're ready to learn. Now, this lesson we're going to be studying a simple growth charm. Before we do anything though, let me say this: if I hear about anyone using this charm in an inappropriate manner, I will take 50 points and put you in detention so fast that you'll wonder what happened!" She said the last part fiercely before smiling again.
"Now, let's proceed with the charm. This room's a little bit boring and I thought that some plants might brighten this place up. But I'm no good with plants and they're a little small right now. Each person take a plant, don't worry, they're harmless, and you can practice the charm on them. The incantation is 'Auctus' and you make a figure eight with your wand before pointing it at what you're trying to make grow." She said, gesturing to some plants in a box on one of the empty desks.

Lesson 4: Third Years Empty Re: Lesson 4: Third Years

Naturally, as a boy, the fact that he was forbidden from doing something instantly made it more appealing and he started listening. The charm itself actually seemed pretty boring after the warning to be honest but he still pulled himself up out of his chair and collected the plant.

Sitting back down at his desk with his plant, he began to practice the charm. The plant grew a little bit and that was it. He frowned a little bit and worked on making the plant grow bigger and bigger.

Eleri watched happily as one of her students did really well with his plant.
"Well done Mr Cicero, 15 points to Verstand." She smiled.
