Herbology: Lesson Four, Third Years

She knew she was taking a risk with her students, but she figured that they'd be brave enough to do it. She smiled to herself and waited for them to arrive.

'Devil's Snare' was written behind her.

Entering the classroom she was surprised to find that she was the only one there. She frowned a bit but smiled slightly at the professor. Taking a seat near the front she realized that it said Devil's Snare again and she was surprised.

'What else were they going to do?' she thought

Parker made his way out to the Greenhouses, hands in his pockets and bag slung over his shoulder. He sighed, thinking how he really needed to take a walk around the castle, he was feeling so anxious all the time about school nearing an end, and staying holed up in his room wasn't doing him any good.

He didn't want to feel bad anymore, he just wanted to be happy. So much had happened this year though, he just hoped they went better next year. That's what he always hoped, he just wanted it to happen. No more attacks, no more drama, just laugh and play and be a kid.

He walked into the greenhouses, the general atmosphere of it lightening his mood. He took a seat next to Tess, the only other one in the class so far, and gave her a small smile as he he set his bag down. "Hey..."

Tess smiled softly seeing that Parker was there. She often times felt a little uncomfortable around him, at least recently because of his sudden mood change. She still wished it'd go back to how it was, when they could see a Quidditch game and have him laugh and basically play a jester for his enjoyment. But she knew she needed to wait, he'd go back to normal, at least she'd hope so.

"Hey" she replied.

Lily smiled gently at the pair and clapped her hands to gain their attention.

"Welcome! Now, today you will be working in partners! You will have to rely on one another, trust is the key to this lesson for we will return to Devil's Snare with a more serious emphasis than last time. Any questions?"
