Marylin was born while her parents were researching the use of dark arts in America, while they were visiting Amytiville, when she was born she was very loved and because of her interest in her family's dark arts she continued to be the favourite child even when her brother was born not too long after she started primary school.

When she was 11 she was thrilled to recieve her Hogwarts letter and she knew that she would be accepted into Slytherin house, and that she would have to work hard in order to uphold her family name while she was studying. Her parents are very proud of her efforts and reward her accordingly.
