Soothsaying Lesson One - Third Years
Darcie was slowly getting back into the swing of teaching again after her long break, she was more then motivated now because she knew that she was doing a good job of teaching, seeing as she had been able to get an apprentice interested in her subjects.
With a large smile on her face Darcie waited for her students to show up to her lessons and she wondered if there was going to be a high turn out for the first lesson of the year, after all people still might be on holiday and things like that.
In her normal curly writing, Darcie had writted up the lesson point for today's lesson on the blackboard;
'Ovomancy'

Christielle entered the classroom and smiled at Lehrer Vane. She had recently became her apprentice on Dark Arts and Soothsaying, so she planned to study more too.
She sat on her usual seat and looked up at the board. Unlike most days, she had no idea what 'Ovomancy' meant. Maybe it was just another term for something she knew. But whatever it was, Christi was still eager to learn.

Darcie smiled widely when she saw that Christielle was in her lesson on time again, she really did enjoy seeing her in her classes, she brightened the day with her punctuality and her answers that she gave in class discussions.
Wondering where her other student, Lars was, Darcie sighed gently and she fixed a smile on her lips before speaking;
"Hello Christi!" she smiled "Today we are learning about ovomancy, do you know what that might be, I'll give you a clue, it has something to do with eggs from the use of the word 'ovo'?"

Christi sat quietly for a while, racking her brains and trying to remember what ovomancy was. "Oh! It's involved with cracking eggs open, then observing the way the yolks fall," she said.
She sighed and waited to hear if she was correct.
