Soothsaying Lesson Two - Fifth Years

Darcie happily bounced into the classroom it was almost Christmas and she was so excited that she was going to be spending that time with her new boyfriend, Luther Amsel, it was amazing to her that anyone would want to be her boyfriend, and she asked herself why he was interested every day...

But all that mattered was that he was interested and that she was going to enjoy being with him for as long as she could this holiday, not forgetting to visit the family as well, or, the little family that she had left that she could visit of course.

Writing the lesson point on the board, Darcie giggled happily and settled herself down, getting ready to teach the class with a lot of energy today, maybe she would even get them up and moving!

'Properties of Woods'

Aquila had opted out of reading her book - which had taken all of her willpower - and decided instead to get a good night's rest. Her lessons the previous day had been tiring due to the fact that she hadn't slept a wink the night before. That book would be the death of her, she refused to ever read it again. She walked into the Soothsaying classroom and grinned at Darcie with a small wave before slipping into her normal seat.

"You look awfully bubbly." Aquila commented.

Darcie giggled a little bit at Aquila's assessment that she looked a little bubbly today. She supposed it might just be true as well, she was feeling very happy after all. She smiled at her favourite student and nodded,

"Yes I suppose I am but then again I am rather happy." she replied with a happy grin before she decided to start the lesson, "Can you name any type of wood that is said to have special properties? Ten house points if you can Aquila!"
