Lesson Three - All Years

Viktor entered the classroom that he was using to hold this joint lesson with a heavy heart. He didn't want to have to merge all of the lessons together but it seemed that was the only way he was going to be getting a decent class size. And besides, the children were all bright enough that they ought to all follow the material. He wasn't going to go too far, just in case there were those who struggled.

Coughing slightly, he moved to the head of the classroom. His annoyance at having to merge the classes shouldn't have made him late but it did anyway, unfortunately. Nodding to the class, he began,

"Sorry I'm late guys. You'll notice that this class is merged... until numbers pick up you can get used to it." he told them simply, "Now lets do some review questions. Simple questions that aren't even worth points. Who defeated Grindelwald in 1945?"

Lars and most of the students had already been waiting roughly ten minutes before Professor Nickel rushed in. It seems merging the years for World History had messed with his schedule a little bit. He'd been reading through the history book, stopping at his favorite parts. This subject was one of his very favorites, history could you teach you so much about life.

The tedious review would be over soon enough and they could get on to something interesting. Raising his hand, he answered the question. "Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore defeated Grindelwald sir. Most call him Dumbledore for short."

Christi had woken up a few - alright, a lot - minutes before breakfast, and she had entered the classroom at the last minute. Luckily, though, it seemed like some others slept in too, because there were about three or four people in the room. She muttered an apology to the professor, but at least she wasn't that late. She had still heard the part about the questions being so easy, they weren't worth points. Christi racked her brains for the answer. Of course, she knew who it was, but the full name was so... long. But Lars had already answered, so she settled with fixing her things.
