Lesson Three
Viktoria was a little dissappointed in the last lesson that she had taken, the student's weren't as responsive to the activity as last time bu today she had decided that she was going to do things a little differently.
Trundling out to the middle of the feild Viktoria left the brooms in the center like always and she sat down on the grass, idly levitating Chocolate Dragons with her wand, they were like the English Chocolate Frogs, only a German version.
Patiently she waited for the students to arrive for their lesson.

Re: Lesson Three
Alys made her way to class, feeling exhausted after her tiring week. But on the bright side, it was finally Friday and after this last session, she could go back to her dorm and just collapse on her bed. As it was, the witch could barely keep her eyes open and her posture straight. She hoped Lehrer Vikki didn't have anything too complicated planned for this week.
The witch did wake up slightly at the sight of the chocolate dragons, making her wish she had not skipped lunch earlier.

Re: Lesson Three
Sweeney's wound had taken a toll on Lukas after the detention which caused him to miss all but a class or two last time. Today he was feeling much better. The night in the woods, always a pleasure, he thought to himself as he recalled the time he spent playing the flute by the pond as Rudolf howled. He kept on smiling as the memory lingered on.
As soon as he was out in the open, he climbed on his broom and flew towards the center where the Lehrer and long legs were. He kept his flight low as not to anger the Lehrer. He wished he had a different teacher, somebody who was older, experienced and just. Lehrer Vikki, though a nice person was somewhat biased or probably too young to understand the students Lukas thought. He didn't like soft teachers, Lukas's father was a hard men taught by strick teachers and Lukas was no different either. Soft teachers make weak students he thought. Alas, there was nothing he could do but accept that Durmstrang isn't what it used to be in his father's times.
"I am sorry for not asking your permission before hand for flying Lehrer. It's just that I've been very tired. I hope you won't punish me or take away my house points?" said the Geschick student earnestly. Spending time with his new regime with Sweeney was tiring. A week more, he thought, to get my body used to the new training then all should be normal again.
He gave a short nod to long legs, acknowledging her presence.

Re: Lesson Three
Yawning, a girl with already long curly brown hair was walking out onto the Quidditch fields. She was extremely tired, reading more horror books with each night she was staying at Durmstrang. She was replaying the thoughts and the words that were describing a certain section of the book. Her skin crawled, but it was actually the good type. She was enjoying it completely.
Although, at the sight of both the Lehrer, and along with two other people, she had to forget the book's main story line for now. Having to focus on something even more important, learning how to fly and use a broom. The Vallens family always knew how to fly a broom, and were commonly also in most of the Qudditch teams each near. Now, she would be no different, thus wanted to take flying lessons.
"Hallo." The youngest Vallens at the moment spoke with a soft and calmed tone, speaking towards the Lehrer. She wanted to start flying at the moment, but didn't want to get herself into any type of trouble. Flying was addicting actually.

Re: Lesson Three
Viktoria looked at Lukas as he flew out of the forest towards her and she raised her eyebrow, biting her lip she wished she didn't have to punish him but he did fly when he wasn't supposed to and he did just come out of the forest which wasn't really a place for students to be.
"I'm sorry Lukas but I'm going to have to take points away, 5 points from your house, however you have time to earn them back in this lesson I'm sure."
Proud of the way that she was open and friendly with the students Viktoria knew many were not quite approving of this method, but she didn't mind, some people just wanted strict teachers, but flying was about fun! Not about getting slapped if you fall off.
"Hello class! Today we will be doing some manovers whilst in the air."
Holding up the chocolate frogs with her wand Viktoria levitated them into the air and she let them hang there, they would move away from the students when they tried to chase them, which would help the speed of the students and the skills at moving in the air.
"Your task for today will be to catch your chocolate frog, Alys yours will have a green glow around it, Lukas yours will have a blue glow and Elfe yours will have a red glow. Your objective is to get your chocolate frog, which will move when you try to go after it."
Viktoria gestured to the brooms with a large smile.
"You may begin."

Re: Lesson Three
(OOC: I came out in the open from the school not the forest! And I flew in the open... that's our flied.)
Lukas was angry. He was polite, he explained the reason and still she took away his house points. Perhaps, she didn't like him at all and only pretended to be nice to her. If it had been one of the Muhe students then she would have let them go. Pathetic, he thought. If past encounters had taught him anything was that it's best not to tell what he is thinking, especially when he is angry, because nobody is ever able to understand him. So he kept his mouth shut and a sorry face.
Once the instructions were over. He dashed after his frog. He will earn his points back, he must.
The charm on the frogs would weaken as farther they get from the castor and adding the gravitational pull it would further slow down the frogs and their ability to fly away. So went after the frog and let them up towards sky. He didn't care if he was the first or the last but he had to catch the frog and win back his house points.
And soon enough when he was vertical, almost in a straight line, with his left hand out stretched he neared the frog and as expected the frog moved away but Lukas managed to catch the frogs right leg. He slowed down his broom, came down a little and hovered over the ground. He then clasped the frog properly and settled waiting for the class to finish so he can go back to his dorm. He needed a hot bath.

Re: Lesson Three
Viktoria watched as Lukas dashed after his frog, she was happy that he seemed to be getting into the lessons now, she thought that he might have been a little bored first because he seemed like a very experianced flier.
He was almost there, so close to catching his frog and when he did Viktoria clapped him, smiling as he came back to dismount off his broom and sit down.
"Excellent Lukas!" Viktoria praised "Well done! Take 15 points to your house for finishing the activity first! Have a well deserved rest until the lesson is over."
(OOC: My bad, but you didn't specifically say where you had come from, and in the prior paragraph you talked about a night in the forest, so I guess I just assumed that's where you had come from ^^ Besides I would have taken points away regardless of you being in the forest or coming from Durmstrang ^^ Sorry once more )

Re: Lesson Three
Tarragon ran down to the pitch, he didn't know how he'd come to be so late, or maybe he wasn't late at all and they had started early. He ran up to Lehrer Vikki.
"Sorry, Lehrer Steinburg. I don't know what happened for me to be so late! What are we to do today?" He asked eagerly, this was of course his favourite lesson! He shuffled from foot to foot waiting, his broom ready to be mounted at a moments notice.

(OOC: Lol oki doke. jsut wanted to clear the confusion. anywhoo, cheers!)
"Thank you Lehrer." said lukas curtly and managed a smile. She wasn't completely bad, he thought. For now he was just relieved his house points were back.
And when he saw the stick thin Muhe student scampering down the ground he couldn't help but think that he was going to get punished and loose points for his house. Poor boy.

Re: Lesson Three
Alys had watched the exchange between that boy and Lehrer Vikki silently and had fully planned to ignore it and get about her task of catching her own chocolate prize. But then Lukas had started chasing his like a demon up in the sky, scaring the witch. Would the treats really fly so high? She had only practiced low level flying with Tarragon. Maybe she shooed have practiced more?
And speaking of Tarragon, where was he anyway? The witch looked around hopefully once again but did not see him. By this time, Lukas had touched back down and was awarded fifteen points for his house as well as praise from the instructor. Just as the girl was about to mount her own broom, she heard it.
"Sorry, Lehrer Steinburg. I don't know what happened for me to be so late! What are we to do today?"
The witch smiled at the sound of her housemate. Flashing him a tired smile, she got on her broom and waited for him to do the same. Her target, the green tinged confection, was hovering a few feet ahead of her but the blonde made no move to grab it yet. There was no way she was going to out fly it or manage stunts like the boys. She would have to think and strategize.

Tarragon smiled reassuringly at Alys, hopping on his broom and waiting for their Lehrer to tell him what to do. He was slightly impatient, yes, but it was flying lessons and he felt like he needed to prove himself.
He watched as a small chocolate dragon flew round Alys' head and he realised the task, but which one was for him?

Re: Lesson Three
Taking courage, Alys angled her broom straight ahead, not intending to fly to any height above four feet. That way, if she fell, she would be closer to the snow covered grass and might only break an ankle at worst. Stunts could be left to experienced flyers, Alys just wanted her chocolate.
Making sure to chase the treat only in a straight line and never rise higher when the bait did, the witch waited her time. Sooner or later, the levitation charm on the chocolate would wear off and it wold come down. And if she ignored it, it would try and get closer to her to tempt a chase. Finally, after circling half the pitch at only five feet above ground level, the charm on the target started fading. All the witch had to do was hold out her palm and a few seconds later, the dessert dropped into it neatly. Grinning the witch made her way back to the Lehrer and Tarragon.
"I guess yours is the only one left," she said, smiling and giving the boy his cue to perform his own chase sequence.

Re: Lesson Three
Viktoria bit her lip slightly and looked at Tarragon as he arrived later than all the other students, she shook her head slightly and looked a little dissappointed in him after all he had never shown up late for lessons before!
"Hello there Tarragon, im sorry but I'm going to have to take five points from your house since you're so late."
Going to her bag she picked up a spare chocolate frog, and tapped it once, giving it the spells needed for the exercise to work, then, levitating it into the air she suspended it, ready for Tarragon to go and get it.
"The exercise is to go after your individual frog, your one Tarragon will glow purple, it will move so you will need to chase it, and no Alys that frog is Elfe's...so remember your one is purple."
Turning to Alys Viktoria smiled broadly:
"Well done! Take ten points to Muhe!"

Re: Lesson Three
Tarragon frowned as the Lehrer took five points from him, but he shrugged and zoomed off after the chocolate frog.
The frog made its way higher and higher and he flew as fast as he could to keep up with it. He didn't fall for the hundreds of feints it tried to pull off, staying on a clear track. Had Lehrer Steinburg made this frog be more difficult because he was more experienced? He didn't know. They kept climbing and climbing, until Tarragon was sure it could go no more. It stopped momentarily and Tarragon swiped at it. But just as his fingers wrapped round where the frog should have been it had darted back towards the floor.
It took a moment for Tarragon to realize, but he hastily got back on the chase, zooming back down towards the floor. A smile met his face as he realised how good this had been, he gained on the frog, getting ever closer to the floor. He kept pushing the broom as hard as it would go, gaining on the frog.
He had about a second before he hit the floor now, the frog just in front of him, he snatched his hand across him, grabbing the frog and pulling up just in time to narrowly miss the floor.
"The Wronski Feint!" He annouched with a smile to the class and his Lehrer with pride.

Re: Lesson Three
Viktoria smiled happily as Tarragon managed to catch the frog, she had made his one a little bit harder to catch purely because she had thought that he would be able to do it and he was! Which meant that he was a very competant flyer in her book.
Watching as the class mostly finished their activities Viktoria motioned for them all to gather around her for the end of the lesson.
It had been a good one, and she was glad that the class had seemed to be a bit more receptive this time around, it restored her confidence in them to the maximum and she already had an idea of what the next lesson would be.
"Right guys! It's the end of the lesson, and well done to you Tarragon for applying an excellent Wronski Feint! Ten points for Muhe!"
Clapping her hand a little Viktoria smiled broadly:
"You should all be very proud of yourselves, you've had a wonderful lesson and deserve to keep your chocolates, enjoy them and I shall see you next lesson. Don't forget to put your brooms back on the rack if you borrowed one!"
