Waiting (open)

After what happened in the great hall she decided that it was about time to talk to Leshia. Leshia had been avoiding her since they had gotten there. Even with all the goating Tabi had done Leshia still would not say a word to her.

Tabi thought the best place to find Leshia would be by the library, because at home that girl just lived in there. So Tabi decided that she would wait outside the library so she knew that she would have to talk to her.

Tabi had waited for what seemed liked hours but then she caught the sight of her coming around the corner. She was glad to see that she was alone. Her new friend must be somewhere which at this point she was glad.

"Hello, dear sister..Out for a stroll all alone."

Leshia wanted to get some studying done so she decided to walk over to the library and take a look at some books to see if she could find something on that new zodiac sign that Professor Slytherin had asked them to do.

Leshia was not sure what Salina was up to, but she had said she was going back to the dorm room and Leshia had told her she would meet up with her later.

As she rounded the corner she noticed that her sister was standing there. Dang it Leshia thought. She had hoped you could avoid her at all costs.

"Hello, dear sister..Out for a stroll all alone."

Leshia just shook her head. "Geez Tab don't you have anyone else to pick on besides me, I have things to do."

Tabi just stepped out in front of her. "No actually I have nothing better to do. You have been avoiding me since we got here little one" Tabi could not help to use that name because she knew Leshia hated it. It was the name Tabi had for her since they were little because Tabi was 10 mins older than Leshia. " and we have matters to dicuss. "

Tabi just glared at Leshia. "So have you recieved your letter from father telling you how disappointed he is in you that you are not in Slytherin.?"

"Come on Tabitha you know how much I hate that dang name, can't to just leave me alone. I figured you would be happy that I am not in Slytherin with you."

Leshia had resigned to the fact she probably was not going to get and studying done.

"I really do not care what father says, I have no choice over where the hat puts me, besides I like where I am at." Leshia sighed "You know if all you want to do is fight, I have better things to do"

With that said Leshia had turned to walk away but Tabi grabbed her by the arm tightly

Leshia attempted to turn and walk away from Tabi, but no one ever waalks away so she reached out and grabbed Leshia's arm.

"Just where do you think you are going, I didn't say we were done yet." Tabi seethed

"You need to explain to me what happened between us at dinner, thats never happened before." Tabi was confused over it and figured Leshia was smarter than her so she knew the answers.

"I really don't care if you want an answer or not, you will let go of my arm now." Leshia had managed to get her wand out and pointed at Tabi.

Tabi managed to let go of her arm. Leshia knew that Tabi knew the minute she pulled out her wand she meant business. Tabi and been on the wrong side of a couple of her hexes before.

"Anyway I really do not know what happened at dinner, but I will figure it out."

The minute that Leshia pulled out her wand Tabi let go of the arm.

"Come on Lesh, you need to chill out a little. I just wanted to talk." Tabi said as she backed away

"Well I noticed that we were only in a couple of classes together, so what other classes are you taking?"

Tabi really did love her twin, she just had to put up a front to others, she had always been that way

Leshia was looking at Tabi with a weird look on her face, first she demands things of her, then next she is trying to be nice to her.

"Tabi, why in the world do you care about my classes. You have been mean to me since we stepped foot in the castle and now you want to be nice. Well you can forget it." Leshia was not giving in.

Leshia has always loved her sister because she was he sister, but she was tired of being a pawn in her games. One minute she was being all nice to her then the next minute she was stabbing her in the back and she was done being Tabi's yo-yo.

"Tabi I am serious, I am done being your sister when it in convienent for you. You should be very happy in your little group of Slytherins" Leshia got right up into Tabi face.

"And if I hear about you picking on that Parker guy in your house, I swear I will hex you 3 ways till Sunday." Leshia spat as she turned back around to leave.

"Stop what you are doing! No fighting in the library! Get out before I escort you out . I would have expected better of you. As a ravenclaw you know that libraries are places to study and require enough quiet for minds to work. Now leave the library for today. You may return tomorrow if you wish." Librarian Sollmann told the young ravenclaw sternly.

"And as for you, young slytherin. You will remain and listen to me for a few minutes. I know that as a slytherin you have an ambition, a strong desire to prove yourself to others, and you feel a lot of peer pressure from other students in your house to act tough and occasionally bully others. Listen and be silent!" he said in a harsh whisper as she tried to butt in. "Now, as somebody who is trying to prove themselves and stand out. I would think you would want to stand firm in the face of peer pressure. If you do what your friends want you to you won't stick out, you will blend in all the better. One last thing, that girl said those things because she cares about you and wants to see you at your best. You may disagree but as a third party I have an unbiased opinion. The truth hurts sometimes, and that slytherin boy you've been bullying can be seriously hurt by what you say. Imagine how it would feel if you were being bullied. It would not be pleasant. Now go directly to your house common room and remain there tonight. You and the Ravenclaw girl need time to cool your tempers. Remember that a library is not a place of violence, or of arguments. It is a place to educate yourself and learn new things. Now, off with you. And come back tomorrow for the special event! I think you will enjoy it. If you ever have any questions, remember that the Library's door never closes and neither does the Librarian's." he said to her. He was not sure if either of them would return tomorrow for the special event, but he hoped so. Also he hoped that they would learn from their dispute, experience is the best teacher.

As Leshia had turned around to leave she had about ran into the new librarian. She was so made when she got asked to leave and not come back till tomorrow.

Seeing is she new that Tabi would hear her she thought in her head as she looked back at her.

"Thanks a lot, I really needed in there. Why do you always have to start trouble." Leshia thought in her mind to Tabi and walked away to go back to her dorm.

Tabi had heard the librarian asked her to stay then in her mind she heard "Thanks a lot, I really needed in there. Why do you always have to start trouble."

Tabi could not help but think this would get fun once her sister started talking to her. She thought back to Leshia. "Because I don't want to be a prude like you." Tabi saw the look on Leshia face when she said that before she had walked away.

Tabi had started to listen to the guy ramble on and then she tried to interrupt him only to have him tell her to listen and be silent.

Tabi sat there and took the guys reprimand knowing that Leshia was going to hear about it later. When he finally got done talking she was relieved.

"I am sorry sir" was all Tabi had to say as she walked away. She really wasn't sorry, Leshia was her sister and if she wanted to have a talk with her she would.

Horst chuckled to himself. "No, you aren't sorry. Even an old librarian like me who spends half his time with his head buried in books can tell you are not sorry my dear. If you are going to lie to me directly to my face I will be seeing you in detention Saturday at 1:00 P. M. in my office. However, if you do not lie to me and are honest with me that detention will not be required. I sent an owl to your head of house. He knows I am sending you straight to your common room. One toe out of line and I am seeing you saturday afternoon. And honestly, child; if you are going to go to the trouble of lying to the Hogwarts Staff you will need to become much more practiced. Your eyes betrayed your words. Now off with you. And Be back here tomorrow night for my special event. You might even enjoy yourself if you don't convince yourself beforehand that it will be a bore." He waved his hand to her. "Goodbye."
