"Greetings Professor Weasley. I have always been very talented at charms and wanted to mee the current Professor here at Hogwarts. If you ever have a question about charms please ask me. I have made charms my life study and have even invented my own secret charm that nobody save myself has seen. I also have the resources of the Hogwarts Library at my disposal, and that is a vast store of knowledge. My name is Horst Sollmann and you may address me as Horst, Sollmann, Mr. Sollmann, Librarian, or Librarian Sollmann. Pleasure to meet you, my good fellow." he said to the red-haired Charms Professor. "Ah, I see you love Quidditch. I was a Hufflepuff beater myself back in the day. I wonder, did I by any chance ever play a game against you? You remind me of an excellent chaser I contended with once." he told him.
