Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Jay walked in placing a random object in each of the student's desks. Today they were going to learn something practical after all, life was about being practical and learning to use what you have to achieve what you want.
With a flick of his want the white chalk wrote the word 'Scribblifors' along with the pronunciation and the definition of the spell. He knew this was not a complicated spell but it could be tricky if done improperly and Jabbar wanted to know what level his students were in. It would do them no good if the spells were too easy and common not if they were too hard and not needed in their day to day lives.
Feeling satisfied he took a seat and waited for the students to arrive.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Alys walked into Transfiguration, feeling a headache coming on. Zara had warned not to tie her semi wet hair in a band but the witch had done so anyway and now she could feel the beginning of the pain behind her eyes.
Setting her mouth resolutely, the witch walked into class, determined to ignore the headache. This was the last class of the year and she was not going to miss it just because of a silly mistake she had made.
Taking a seat at the back, Alys noticed something was already present on her desk, at every desk in fact. On her's was an old and chipped goblet. The witch glanced at the blackboard and the spell written on it, waiting fro further instructions.

Tarragon hurried along to their final Transfiguration class. He spotted Alys at the back and took the desk next to her with a smile. He looked in front of him to see a small ring in front of him. He frowned at the object, he looked at Alys and then the board for clues.
"Scribblifors?" He said aloud. That didn't help him very much, he picked up the ring and examined it carefully. He sighed as he found nothing out of the ordinary and placed the ring back on the desk and waited.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Terrence walked into yet another class ready to get started, he was almost glad that it was almost over, but yet he had still not figured out what he was going to do after school. He supposed that unless Juliet would talk to him and allow him to stay with her he would have to go back to his Aunt and Uncles.
Walking into class he noticed that Tarragon and Alys were already there. So far he not seen Zara in any of his classes. She was so embarrassed last night when he asked her to the ball, he had hoped he didn't scare her away.
He walked over to the desk that was in front of his friends. Looking on his desk he noticed an old box. almost like a jewelry box but he wasn't sure. Then after looking at the board he saw the word Scribblifors written on the board.
He glanced back to his friends with a nodded hello, and then turned around to wait for class to start.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Jabbar watched his students take a seat before standing. "Scribblifors" He moved around his desk picking up a snow globe. "Is a very useful spell, especially if you're like me and tend to lose all your quills"
He looked at the board. "I'd say it's an average spell, not too easy and not too hard. But the consequences of doing it wrong can be dangerous." He paused leaning against his desk. "Please make sure you are aiming at you objects, not your desks and definitely NOT some one else. I've had to take many students to the hospital wing in previous years." He smiled. "Try to stay calm even if you can't perform the spell. Your wand can sense your frustration and might just set your object on fire or make it explode. If you are having difficulties just take a deep breath and raise you hand. I'll be walking around the classroom and checking your progress"
Jabbar took out his wand and tapped the snow globe. "Scribblifors" The globe immediately turned into a white and silver quill. "Have fun"

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Tarragon shrugged. What a pointless spell, he thought to himself. He took out his wand, placed the ring a little further away from him and waited for a moment. He said the incantation to himself in his head a couple of times before deciding to do it allowed. He cleared his throat.
"Scribblifors." He said calmly, copying the Lehrer's movements. In the next instant his ring had turned into a pink and black quill. He sighed, pink really wasn't his colour, but at least he'd got the spell right. He turned to Alys, holding his new quill, "What do you think? It suits me, right?"
He chuckled to himself and waited for her to attempt the spell.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Alys almost laughed out loud as Tarragon turned his object into a pink quill. Winking, she gave him the thumbs up before contemplating her own chipped goblet. The spell wasn't new to her she had seen it in the course syllabubs the Lehrer had pinned up on the wall during his first lesson with them. Alys had looked it up and practiced it beforehand. Now all she needed was the perfect color for her quill.
Pointing her wand to the object precisely, she said "Scribblifors!" and poof, her goblet was now a quill of deepest blue.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
Terry was looking around at his friends while they did their spells. He had been working on breathing exercises that he had read in a book to help keep in focus.
Terry looked at Tarragon's pink quill and couldn't help but laugh at the color. He thinks someone in the world is trying to say that it is his favorite color.
Then he looked over at Alys deep blue.
Terrence looked and his little box and pointed his wand and followed the movements "Scribblifors" and his turned into your everyday looking quill.
"See look at mine, doesn't look any different than my regular quill." He held it up showing his friends then Terry placed in on the table a little disappointed it was plain.

Re: Lesson 4: Scribblifors
The class progressed and every student managed to cast the spell properly. "Very good" He smiled. "Have a great summer and we'll hopefully see each other on September." Jabbar waited until the students left before going collecting the quills.
