Lesson Four
Deito plopped Adrynn in a muggle rocker that he'd bought from a store one time. She was playing around with the little thing-a-bobs on it and bobbling up and down making little baby noises and clapping her hands. Casting a little protection spell and a muffalito spell on the area around her so she wouldn't be distracted he leaned back in his chair and propped his legs up on his desk while playing with his wand.
Ugh. He had twenty more minutes before class started. Sighing he began to mess around with the class room. He made the walls purple, the bookshelves (ew) blue, the floor green, and all the desks a deep crimson. He transfigured the desks into beans, stuffed animals, or a rock and the bookshelves into pedestals. Finally he made the walls shift crazy colors before laughing boisterously. He looked over his shoulder; class would be starting now. He looked at the board behind his desk and using his wand darted the words DEFENSE SPELLS on it. Whistling he leaned back again and crossed his arms over his chest. Adrynn was still playing with her little toys. As soon as all his students were in the class he arose and sat on his desk Indian style.
"Today my students you'll be learning defensive spells like the age-old one Protego Horriblis. He paused. "As you know our school is high amazing with dark magic and if you have opposing words to say about such matter I suggest you go to one of the more pansy rivaling schools like Hogwarts. To no offense to them but magic is a tool and it is in us for our exploitation. Some such magic-users at Hogwarts may share my views and now such magic now the Latin Origin of the spell 'Protego Horriblis' is 'I protect' from 'horrible, terrible, etc." He stated firmly. "Now a simpler way to say it is Protego. Does anyone have any objections to the first spell. Keep in mind that this, and the origin, may be used on a quiz in the following future. The next spell is following the theme 'Defense Spells'. A spell not known by many is Clausus meaning block in Latin. It is more powerful than a Protego considering it also backfires on the person who cast the spell. Is everyone ready for the Practice Room yet?" He finished.

Re: Lesson Four
Alys took in everything the Lehrer said, Protego, spell origin, block in Latin. Hurriedly writing a few notes on a piece of parchment, the witch stuffed it in her bag.
"Is everyone ready for the Practice Room yet?""
The blonde nodded, packing away all her books and quills. She would only be needing her wand for the practice part.
