Re: Foreign Soil (OPEN)
Pxyis found his words to actually be quite true. The world was cruel and hard sometimes, so being confident and mock- snobbish was a way to get through life with an optimistic and cheerful view. She shuffled her feet lightly and nodded her head.
"Valid point." She agreed.
At the words he attended Durmstrang, Pxyis mind began to race. He was from the Carribean, but lived in Germany? Technically, that made him German.
German was bad.
Pxyis had been raised from a young age that German's were evil. Her parents held something against them, and though Pxyis did not care for her parents anymore as they did not for her, she had had this prejudice drilled into her brain ever since she could walk, so she could not remember a time when she did not hate German's.
"Germany, huh," she said in the calmest voice she could muster, her face reddening. "You know what I think of German's, hmm?" Pxyis spat on the ground in front of her, before hitting herself in the face rather roughly. "Er, sorry, I guess. I hold a grudge against German's..." She felt un-comfortable as she apologised, rubbing the back of her neck sheepishly.
Dramatically, Pxyis sighed and draped a hand over her heart.
"Ah, but I must live with it, for I am strong."
Pxyis rolled her eyes at the reference to her favourite muggle sitcom, Friends. Though he may not have realised that, she wasn't sure if they had Friends in Germany, but she still smiled at the reference.
"How nice. I've always found that boys often make better friends then girls. Though, mind you, I haven't had many good girl friends i'd like to mention. Just my Slytherin friends, a guy and a girl. The muggle's ditched me on my birthday. Like me, you say? How so? I'm not violent... This other girl sounds like a treasure. And er, well 'my man' as you put it, is a great guy. Sensitive, and different to other guys. Though im quite content being friends with him, it's just a tiny little, LITTLE crush." Pxyis grinned.

Yes this girl was definately like Aquila, she even looked a bit like her, but he didn't mention that. She acted kind of the same when he was actually right about something, it was what all these years of living were useful for in fact. Being right.
Lucian watched with a kind of amusement as the girl got more annoyed, it was also kind of sad that she was so prejudice against Germans, which he was by default.
When she spat on the ground Lucian frowned, his eyes sparking a little.
"Really? That's what you think of Germans? That's very unfair of you. Not all Germans are bad just like not all British people are bad. It's sad when people hold this hatred for people they don't even know."
Rolling his eyes slightly Lucian slumped his shoulders a little, truly saddened by this.
"Well I suppose it depends on the nature of the girls you're friends with, if their overly girly I can't imagine you guys getting along. How is she like you? You're just the same in the way you act, and you're both sarcastic to the rafters."

Re: Foreign Soil (OPEN)
Pxyis was beginning to worry now. The sun was starting to drift downwards in the sky, and she knew that if she were late home, her parents would get it out of her nanny, and she would be in even deeper trouble than before. She also had an owl to respond to from Parker, she suspected, and was keen to get back.
Pxyis blushed bright red, and felt ashamed of her prejudice. She could not help it though - okay that was a lie. Pxyis knew she was being un-fair, but she didn't have the heart to care. Perhaps, when she was older and knew more of the world she would be able to let go of what had been drilled into her as a child, but for now she couldn't understand why anyone would like German's.
Pxyis smirked when he called her and this un-known girl sarcastic. She decided that perhaps she might've liked this girl, if she were not German.
"Hmm, interesting. I am sarcastic. If only I could meet her, im sure we'd be fast friends." Pxyis agreed, thoughts occupied with interest of this girl, before she sighed.
"Sorry to be so rude, but I feel as if I should go. Mother and father will simply murder me if my nanny tells them I was out this late. Which she will. I probably won't ever see you again, so, have a nice year at school."

When the girl said that she had to go,Lucian suspected for a moment that it was because he had told her what school he attended, however, upon looking the sky was getting a little bit dark and they were still trapped in the maze. Not like he minded.
Bowing slightly Lucian smirked and gestured flamboyantly with his hand down one of the paths within the maze.
"Very well then, I suppose it is time for us to part ways Miss. X and I shall hope that you find your way out of here before you're even later home than you are."
Lucian winked and began to walk down the path he had just gestures at, with a backwards grin at the girl he waved jauntily at her.
"Have a nice life."
