Flying Lessons Empty Flying Lessons

Post by Aslyander Baudelaire Mon Feb 20, 2012 4:24 pm

Aslyander stood before the field chewing his gum. He almost scowled; Scotland was freezing. Pulling his wand out he cast a warming spell over the field as he continued chewing.

Boy, you musta woken up on the wrong side of the bed, his little 'friend' (alter ego?) snickered.

Shut up you; just not in the mood.

Landy went quiet.

"Good morning students," he greeted. He was sure that there was a blind student in this class as he spotted the girl.

"Miss Gray, I'll be teaching you manually." He nodded.

Flying Lessons Empty Re: Flying Lessons

Post by Haley Vilde Smith Sat Feb 25, 2012 11:57 am

Haley walked down to the Quidditch pitch with a big grin on her face. She had just gotten the Firebolt 2000 for Christmas last year, but as classes had been cut short, she hadn't had the chance to use it. So she was now really looking forward to flying. Not to mention, it had been the last gift she had gotten from her parents. Now she wouldn't get any other presents from them. It made her sad, but it also made her cherish the broom even more.

She saw the professor and though she was still down, her smile widened. She really looked forward to flying. She had been flying a lot back home when she had the chance. And she really did have the chance often. It was so many places she could fly without being spotted by muggles in her home.

She then got ready to the first flying lesson of the year.

Tessa ran to the class, becuase she had forgot that she had signed up for it. Sometimes she wished she would have wrote things down. At least the professor was going to help her.

She then remembered why she signed up. Because she was scared of heights, and she thought this might be the best way to get over it.

Ebony walked down to the grounds, she knew she was late but it didn't really bother her, she finally made it and stood with the others, waiting for the lesson to begin.

Ebony stood around bored, she didn't really know why she had signed up, her parents had taught her when she was little but she thought it could be interesting to see how this school taught and see if they could teach her any more.
